   Easy disabled parking by the front door, very pleasant and knowledgable staff. Isla so helpful and guided me through the purchases to help me choose well and explaining about the different wines.. Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Very good prices for quality wines with a huge selection.

   10/10, would absolutely recommend Anthony and his team to anyone looking to hold and event! Anthony carried out a tasting session with us ahead of our wedding and he really excelled, picking a few whites and a few reds which were guided by our taste and budget. He found some really characterful options and we're so, so thankful for his suggestions- we loved the picks and got lots of compliments from our guests, particularly on the Honey Drop chenin! We followed Anthony’s suggestion and ordered a bit more than we felt we needed, making use of Majestic's policy that you can return up to 25% of the bottles (unopened ones) which is a great perk. Having the drinks delivered to our venue worked flawlessly, and while we didn't make use of hiring the glassware through Majestic it's yet another selling point that they offer free glassware and ice, if needed.

He was incredibly helpful and what really stood out was that he personally delivered the wine and hired glasses to my home on his way back just to be helpful. Anthony went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. Highly recommend the company and Anthony in particular

   Have been buying from Majestic MK for about 8 years now and can honestly say it’s an excellent store, friendly and professional staff who really know their stock, sample before you buy & competitive pricing. The updated interior and sampling corner was much needed - looks good. We trust Majestic’s wines so much they catered for our daughter’s wedding & we were not disappointed. Superb recommendations paired with the food & all sampled before hand. Hope the change of name & branding to Naked doesn’t change the MK store at all - it’s pretty perfect so why change that?!

   The staff here are extra friendly and really knowledgeable. There's a cheery hello as you come in the door. Probably one of the friendliest shops in Milton Keynes! I often know what I generally want but the staff help me refine that and offer suggestions and tastings. I always come out with an unexpected gem often at a very reasonable price for the quality. Its not a budget wine place so expect to pay a minimum of £8 per bottle for wine (in a box of six) but for that I think you will get similar, generally better, than what you would get in the supermarket. Overall, its just a really enjoyable experience - but then again, what's not to like about chatting and tasting wine!
