Nails were okay at first but very thick and ineven, I then started to get an infection. At time of booking I said it was probably a one time thing for my wedding but have just been cahrged for an appointment I didn't book, need, accept or even go to.
Just had my nails done by Katy for a wedding I'm going to this weekend, and I absolutely love them!! This lady does exactly what it says on the tin 'perfected tips' 100%. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had my nails done in other salons before, but Katy is a complete perfectionist. The only way to make your own mind up is to go and experience her service yourself. Highly recommended!!
Katy is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever been to. She does what ever I want, she is very talented , they always last even though I am a hairdresser and have my hands in water a lot! she is reasonably priced and I travel from Stoke just to have my nails done by her. I love going to treat myself every 3 weeks. Amazingly talented!
I had 2 sets of acrylic overlays, the first set was ok, the send visit was for my wedding nails, I paid for a full set yet the previous was not removed fully (I’d had green ombré previously ) so this could be seen underneath the white ombré I’d had for my wedding, they looked nice apart from being 3x thicker than they should have been, they hurt for 2 days after and kept me awake so I contacted for help and was told to leave them another day which I did not have as I was getting married, I ended up partly filing them down myself and had another nail tech redo them, she advised that the previous acrylic should have been removed if it was not an infil and that it was laziness. I reached out to Katy just to let her know that I wasn’t happy and she said she couldn’t have helped as she hadn’t seen them before I had them redone (she was closed and didn’t offer to help) she had taken pictures after they were done but oddly never put them on her Facebook page?? and then she blocked me! Not a professional way to deal with criticism and I have left a review on the Fresha app that she keeps removing because it’s not a good review. If I had seen any negative reviews I wouldn’t have booked with her. Not a good representation of the business. All I wanted was some compassion and an apology and I got neither.
Had classic lashes done by Katy and they are absolutely stunning,weightless and feel amazing and loving the added pink lashes ☺️
Highly recommended! Excellent service, Kathy is amazing nail tech and lovely to talk to her, feel so relax every time I go in her salon.
