   I could not recommend total makeover enough. I have been getting my hair done by Rachel for some time now, not only is every appointment perfect but I am always made to feel welcome. She always manages to get it perfect every time. To be honest the whole team are just fabulous. So welcoming and friendly. Every time I come in there is a genuine buzz in the atmosphere, I can tell the whole team are a family which is so lovely. Do not hesitate to book in with total makeover! You will not be disappointed.

   Visited for the first time last week. I booked for a colour, cut and finish with Rachel and I was not disappointed. She listened to what I wanted and was lovely the whole time she was doing my hair. Really pleased with the result, the colour is beautiful and she cut and styled my hair perfectly. When it came for me to wash my hair a couple of days later, it was easy for me to style. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

   My daughter had a meltdown (well lots of mini meltdowns) the staff were great with her and we all came out with lovely cuts. My older child was after something really specific and was treated like an adult, offered advice and loves the new look.

   4 of us not from the area were due to attend a wedding. We contacted an MUA online who advised us to attend Total Makeover for our hair and makeup. The MUA let us down at the last minute. We arrived for our hair and Hannah tried her very best to get us another MUA. Thankfully she found Karen who was amazing. I can't thank Hannah enough for doing all of our hair and managing to sort out an MUA for the day at such short notice. If I am ever in Crewe I will definitely be back!
