    Tudor Wines is an excellent shop. I have now left the area, but for many years it supplied me with wine, sherry, gin, and Irish whiskey (in particular, Tullamore Dew), and snacks to go with them. It is run by Pete, who is the friendliest person I ever met in Hitchin, and his charming wife. I recommend it.

    A very reliable, family owned off licence. Sorry to see a negative review when the opening times were updated online as this very welcoming place. They have an amazing large selection of wines and always accommodating. Pete who owns this also supports local business/supplies by having Hitchin gin and others. Not sure what I would do without Tudor Wines!

    Opening times are wrong. This is I assume staff leaves an hour before it is supposed to shut. Id planned our parties last booze run around their opening times. Disgraceful

    This is a little gem of an off licence. Amazing selection of spirits, wines and beers, many of which you don't get in superstores. And the owner is really friendly, helpful and likeable. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
