Kim has been cutting my hair for many years. I'm happy everytime lovely girl. Kirsty on the other hand was extremely rude to me. I don't know kirsty and she has never styled my hair, but she accused me of giving her dirty looks whilst I've been in the salon in the past. I have never spoken to kirsty only acknowledge her whilst I've been there for a trim with Kim. I have never given Kirsty any dirty looks that is not in my nature, I am a paying customer and I'm in shock and upset that this is the attitude of Kirsty to other stylist customers.
