   Absolutely fantastic salon. I'm not the kind of person that usually goes to get treatments done but I pulled muscle in my neck and really needed a massage. Lena treated me like a queen and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The massage was fantastic and I have been back every 6 weeks since. Every time I go in she asks me where the pain is and adapts the massage to suit. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and would reccomend to everyone! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

   Had such a lovely visit to Botanic. Excellent deep tissue massage and facial by a very knowledgeable and friendly therapist who gave me great advice for at home as well. Really nice salon, clean and relaxing with a little private car park. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

   Needed to find a new hairdresser due to moving house so opted for Botanic as I had seen the great reviews and heard lots of good reports from friends. The appointment at Botanic was the most relaxing I have had with a quiet and comfortable room, beautiful products used and a very experienced and lovely hairdresser. The prices for both hair and beauty treatments are very reasonable considering you are getting the same high level of service and products as you would in a city centre top-end salon. It's a real hidden gem! I love the online booking tool too which was really convenient and easy to use. I'll be back!

   I’ve been meaning to leave a review but i got caught up. I’m not pleased with how my hair turned out, i paid for a restyle cause i wanted my hair layered to even out my bangs growingout past my chin. I have long hair and its curly/frizzy, the stylist said she never dealt with hair this length before (i shouldve took that as a hint) i tried explaining to her how i wanted my hair and she said she could do it but all that i got done was my current hairstyle trimmed really, i looks the same just a bit shorter so now i feel as if i have to go and get my hair done all over again although i paid for a restyle, I considered what i recieved just a trim and blow dry
