   The cleaners came in once and were nice, they cleaned the whole house quickly and then I agreed with them they'd come every 2 weeks. Two weeks later, they didn't come. I messaged the owner but he didn't reply. I wouldn't consider this agency if you're LGBT, as they'll likely not come back again and not reply to you. It's crazy that in 2025 this is still happening but here we are.

   Hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning, for the most part they did a great job. They did accidentally break a light fixture, but Glenn was happy to reimburse us for the cost of the replacement. Our landlord pointed out that were some small bits of cleaning left to do after the cleaners had left, when we mentioned this to Glenn he said he would be happy to come over and finish the cleaning on another day, unfortunately we no longer had access to the property so we were charged by the landlord for the extra bit of cleaning, but this was minor. On the whole I was very happy with their service.
