   We engaged Darren Cross Cleaning Specialists to deep clean the exterior of our building in Grand Avenue Hove yesterday. We are absolutely thrilled with the results on the external walls which are now algae free, the blue slate floor which had oil and rust stains and are now clean and the patios. Over a period of months workers had to use it as access, store materials, mix concrete, angle grind stone and walk mud in and out. To say it was a mess would be an understatement.    Poor experience following using this company to clean my floors. The communication was poor, they charged me double and received receipt for half of the money. My floors look the same after few weeks despite cleaning them using their advice. My advice is to save your money and don't waste it on this company.

   Darren is a true professional and an expert in his field in my opinion. This is the second time I've had him in for an emergency spot clean. This time was for sick in a carpet... Grim! Darren came in used an amazing product, dealt with odour and stains and thoroughly cleaned my sons room and even left us with a fan so we would have it dry by bedtime!! Darren is friendly and considerate, he explains things well and is clearly passionate about his vocation. We will be getting him back soon!

   Highly recommend Darren from Cross Specialist Cleaning. He has just spent the day cleaning our (embarrassingly dirty!) limestone floor. The floor was laid before we moved in and we have never really liked it, due to its dull and increasingly dirty appearance. To the point where we have been thinking about ripping it up and replacing it with wood! But we are absolutely delighted with our 'new' floor. It is stunning. Darren is professional, courteous and a delight to have around. Of the three companies we contacted about the job - he was the only one to actually come out and see the floor and assess it. He really cares about doing a good job. We will definitely use Darren again in the future and if you are thinking about professional cleaning - i'd give him a call, you won't be disappointed.
