   Needed a damp and timber report for my mortgage offer to come through. Spoke to Kim on the phone and she explained what they would do and they managed to carry out the report in very short notice. It was a very thorough report, I’m very impressed by the service I received and if I need anything like this carried out in the future I will definitely contact them again. Amazing service.

   Raj and colleagues have single handedly kept me sane with advice, quotes, help and reassurance throughout a very stressful damp and mould issue. Although the insurance took over and "did their own job" I know these guys are there should the work fall short of what I have come to expect to be needed to resolve a horrible issue such as mould remediation. I would not hesitate to call again, their friendly helpful communication was a breath of fresh air amongst a wall of silence from my maintenance and insurance companies. I hope to not need their services but I would most definitely recommend them or use them in future for any such needs. Thank you thank you thank you guys so so much, invaluable in such a stressful 2years (yep!) of finding a resolution to the water escape.

   When i first spoke to Kristina she was so kind and understanding of what i needed in regards to the Pigeon Guano problem that i had. I needed the job to be carried out as soon as possible and they made an appointment the very next day. I was so impressed at how quick and efficient the service was. I was also very happy with how clean the room was after Vinci finished the job. Thanks again Vinci, you guys are the best.

   We recently had an issue with black mould in our home. I spoke with Raj over the phone who talked me through the necessary mould remediation process and quickly arranged for this to be carried out. Raj was so friendly, helpful and informative. He was able to answer any and all questions and concerns I had. Craig carried out the mould remediation for us. We are absolutely delighted with the work he has done. He worked quickly, thoroughly and was so informative. We have had a great customer experience with Vinci response services and would most certainly recommend them.
