I have mixed feelings. Hayley is nice and she was understanding of my requests. She made the appointment better by the end. Sadly the way I came in was after being unable to find the salon based on Google maps and I called there three times but the line was busy because a woman was on the phone at reception. I could have just gone home... I didn't enjoy this aspect of it and the stress ruined my ability to relax during the haircut.
