Sacha was amazing listened to what I couldn’t get used to with my hair talked me through what she was thinking of doing and I love it! Always amazing service when I’ve been here!
Kayley has been doing my hair for a few years now, now my whole family go to her. She listens and understands what I want like no other hairdresser I’ve had before. I couldn’t recommend enough :-)
My appointment time was met within a minute. Paul discussed what I wanted doing and then I had my hair washed and conditioned. I declined the head massage but do sometimes have it. Paul layered my hair perfectly and styled it. I came out feeling much better about my hair.
Poor hair colouring and awful customer service. KEEP AWAY! Sasha (the manager) coloured my hair and made a mess of it. It was bright yellow and patchy and also had a low lights in it that had not been matched to my natural hair colour. The face framing I asked for was 1cm on the left and and inch on the right. I paid £176 for all of this ! I was so upset I cried. I plucked up the courage to ask for my hair to be re-done but Sasha made it worse and let me walk out of the salon having had bleach on my hair that she failed to tone and so it was even more yellow. (SEE PHOTOS). The errors with my hair had not been rectified and still after a month she refused to take my call asking for a refund. She fobbed me off by getting other stylists to speak with me and argue the case. In the end I was told no refund was coming my way. I would not go to this salon again and would strongly recommend anyone else to find another hairdressers where you can guarantee professional staff.

Altogether a pleasant experience. Had a lovely haircut today with a young lady called Maddie. So pleased..! The salon is light, airy & spacious,..so you don't feel too 'close for comfort' with other customers too. It helps!
Over the last 10 years I have used Toni & Guy in Buxton. I’ve always found Paul and all of his team attentive and professional from consultation to the cut itself. Most recently my daughter has been having a cut and colour every few months and has been delighted with the service provided. I would highly recommend Toni & Guy to everyone I know!
