they didn’t listen at all when i repeatedly said i wanted a trim and left with layers and half my hair missing at the front. charged £55 despite having an apprentice work on my hair majority of the time. terrible customer service won’t be returning.
Friendly staff however they added in layers without asking whereas my hair was pretty much one length. Not impressed with the cut, especially as I have fine hair and it’s made it feel much more thinner, unfortunately I won’t be coming back
I must give pelo hair dressers a 5 star! Not only did they manage to fit in my 6 year old daughter for a haircut they managed to fit in my niece for one to, at very short notice! Ellie was absolutely amazing with both the girls and they were very happy with the results! Thankyou again! We will be back!
What a fantastic place! I was blown away they managed to fit me in last minute, proceeded to give my hair a great cut, then charged an extremely reasonable rate. I am not local but will be back, thank you Michael and team for just being great!
Had a cut and blow dry with the lovely Jasmine, and I'm so pleased with my cut! This was the first time I was having my hair cut short in 10+ years, so it was very daunting, but the staff made me feel super comfortable and confident in my decisions, allowing me to take my time and say exactly what I wanted. Lovely staff, calm and professional environment and they did my hair exactly how I wanted it! 100% returning when I need it cut again. Thank you guys!
The young lady that took me to the back wash to wash my hair was cold. I found this odd as the hairdresser we ladies go to to be made to feel pampered and usually I get lovely attention from the moment I walk in. Apart from saying lean back and walk this way….nothing! To be honest it has affected my opinion of Pelo. The hairdresser was lovely and professional, but the young twenty something with long blonde locks has made me of the opinion that I would prefer to go where I am spoke to as a person and not as a chore. The girl did not even ask if the water temperature was ok. Good job it was as I would have spoken up, however I was just waiting to see if she would Dane to have a conversation with me, alas, she did not. The reason I have given 4 stars is due to the lovely hairdresser Megan
The other day I got my hair blow dried here and it was a very pleasant experience. I forgot to ask the name of my hairdresser, but he was really careful and he did an amazing job! I was surprised because often I get my hair pulled by hairdressers, but this time wasn’t the same! It was my first time getting my hair done after lockdown and I was really happy with the result. I would 100% recommend this hairdressers.
Amazing place the staff are so friendly and professional and they always do a great job. I've had cut colours styles everything and they always treat me like a queen. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been going to Pelo for years. Very friendly and I've seen people of all ages in there. Often I can get a same day appointment and their prices are reasonable. Nice little beauty area upstairs too.
