I like this shop much and their tastings, Tom is always friendly smiling and helpful, BUT!… today I chose some wines (8 bottles total) trusting their shelf prices, and the real bill turned out to be £105 not £100, it turned out that every third wine price on the shelf was WRONG and the computer charges you +£1-2 extra per wrong-priced bottle… it’s a shame and not right for such a store… So check your bill price against the shelf price before you pay…
Very helpful staff but pricing a bit misleading. Bought a bottle of Chateau Bataille today which looked as if it was £50 ish but that was the case of 6 price and the single bottle over £70. Bought anyway as needed a fast birthday present but looked on line later and could get a single bottle for £50. Need a better level of transparency and the difference between a single bottle and the six price too high although I get they push the six but not everyone wants 6.

Great place to taste various of wines from all over the world. Great atmosphere and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The workshop on Chardonnay from the old country and the new count was amazing. Good place to meet people who like what you like.
Friendly, helpful and a very good selection of wines. Noticed their standard range of spirits (ie. Gordans or Bells) could be cheaper or at least comparable to other high street retailer prices.
Great staff, really helpful and interesting tasting of bathtub gin. Its great to try something that is too expensive to want to buy a whole bottle of before you know what its like! Great wine choices in the 33% off ranges on my last visit.
