   Extremely rude staff. Tried to use Evri boxless return to be met with patronising instructions, "not my job", and "if you don't like the service then don't come here" before rejecting my package. The cause? Their barcode scanner didn't work, he didn't want me to follow the on screen instructions because it's not his job, and finally, when I asked the man if I should leave the box on the counter, he ignored me, and then he and his colleague started an argument with me as I walked out the door because I should've known that they'd give a receipt. If you want to be listed for service, then provide service. I will NEVER shop here.

   Shocking customer service and rude staff. Using Amazons Hermes drop off - no box or printer required. Got my labels and handed over the items to the Staff member. He said I had to package the items. Explained that I didn't have to due to the service with Amazon I choose. For him to say " I DON'T CARE WHAT AMAZON SAY" Avoid
