I'm never buying here again, the parking is a mess, I waited in line for almost an hour to get out.
This store is actually great, probably the best supermarket in Banbury; stock on shelves, quality of produce helpful staff and the car park has enough spaces. A big but however: I always use Scan as You Shop and always have since Tesco introduced it, but the last three times I have shopped here, the Scan as You Shop checkout has been locked off forcing me to use the self scan checkout! I have already SCANNED my shop, so why do you force me to queue whilst other shoppers scan their shop. Please fix it now or I shall shop elsewhere. I actually drive past a Sainsbury’s on my way to your store from my home in Hook Norton.
I have just had a parking fine drop through my letterbox saying I owe a leaching parking company money for being in Tesco Lockheed close for 3 1/2 hours I was there with my 85 year old mother who with went to sort out a phone query and do some shopping! My mother can’t walk and has to have an assistant from an in store scooter. Had to wait for one of those to become available! We had to wait a while for our turn in the phone shop and then went on to do shopping which again takes time I have problems with my legs and I have COPD, which is a breathing problem! So this make us very slow! So to receive this note and also we spent between us £400 to get this! Then trying to sort this out with Tesco they put the phone down on me twice and they no longer have a customer service point on the phone! I think that they are disgusting that they have done this! I’m going to take this further but now thinking about where I shop in future
Large car park, petrol station, car valeting, cafe, friendly staff, good selection of products.
Thank you for being so helpful about my home delivery when I had a medical emergency today. As I told the driver, it was the first thing to go right this week!

large Tesco is approx. everything is nice divided into sections. it is convenient to shop here
Stopped by as passing through the area. 3 hours free parking and 6 EV chargers operated by Pod Point. Make sure you have the app to activate the charge in order to get more than 15 minutes. Big store with good selection. Cafe upstairs. The nicest lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) in the bakery section who was more than happy to help with bread slicing. Thank you!
In general a nice store, it has a mezzanine floor with a travelator to that level with clothes, toys, audio & visual etc We only stopped here to charge the car which is very handy. It was very busy on our trip so if you are looking to charge then potentially expect a delay, it would be nice if Tesco could expand the number of fast chargers they have in car parks, especially as electric cars become more common. The car park is big, but be aware it was partially flooded at one side, we drove another way to avoid this as it looked deep.
