    I have found the Broughton Co-op to always be friendly and helpful, and they do everything they can to help customers. Do not be put off by a few negative reviews because people tend to post reviews when they're not satisfied. Satisfied dont tend to post reviews. As regards the post office service, the shop is also a Sub Post Office. But there are many staff. Not everyone, especially new people, will be fully familiar with how it works. I can post a parcel anytime between 7am and 10pm, and I call that a good service. Feel happy :)

    Poor customer service!! This store has lost my personal details and took no responsibility for it. I tried resolving the matter with the manager and just got passed around to other members of staff who wouldn’t help either. Very unprofessional !!! Staff don’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing!

    usually a great post office most of the staff are lovely but i do think they need training when it comes to running the post office they have no idear, when i ask a question a woman tells me she doesnt no, and seems she doesnt really care either,, i took in a parcel and they told me it cant go as small parcel as its to thick it was 11cms yet when i phoned royal mail and according to google and another post office that took it no problem, the thickness of small parcel is accually 16cms, they were going to charge over £6 how many people have they done this to, alot of times weve been in and its closed for no reason one day the computer was down for over a week, i dont think it should be run as a post office as they have no interest in it, i took a parcel force box in the other week 54cms i booked online royal mail let me book online to drop at a post office they refuse this as it was over 50cms i think the royal mail shouldnt have let me book this for this post office is they are not accepting them, one lady that works there mostly tuesday is not very friendly at all, she speaks with a dont care attitude and goes about everything as if she cant be bothered, when i ask her anything she says i dont no i come in at 2 then i go home,,, what a helpful memeber of staff
