Staff was absolutely perfect, the lady who helped us was a credit to you she was very knowledgeable and made sure we was completely happy when we left. The flavours available was amazing and she was in no way pushy with just trying to off load a sale and the most expensive to make a sale as I have seen in other vape stores. She really took her time to make sure we got the right mod to match mine and my partners needs to stop smoking. She took her time to let us sample some flavours and talk us through the mods set up as simple and easy as possible. I wouldn't recommend anybody but these people after such a fantastic experience. Thank you again, you are great.
I came in today for some bits and bods and M and Cam were brilliant both helped with what I needed and I also bought a different vape too. Very very good service both made me feel great thank you. Great products great service will always be the only place I will go for all my vaping needs.

Nice clean shop with very knowledgeable staff. Went in there as a first time vaper and I got talked through many different options ranging from the device to the coils to the vape juice needed for specific devices and coins. Very attentive staff!
Poor customer service. No refund offered for a defective device. £65 thrown away. If you care about your time, nerves and money, avoid at all costs.
