Exellent customer service. Great selection of school shoes and trainers for our young son & daughter. The staff were fast to help and demonstrated a good knowledge of what shoes were suitable for our children's feet but also had a good level of communication. A+ standard.

Brilliant service as always!! Booked an appointment online with Rosemary to fit my children's school shoes. (Rosemary is retired but came to help out at this busy time) all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Social distancing measures in place and well maintained. Good service as always the staff organised for two pairs of children's trainers to be transferred from the Stamford shop to the Oundle shop. We collected them today and booked a time for a fitting of school shoes in August. A real gem in Oundle!
