   Today I returned a pair of faulty shoes that cost £42. However, I was only refunded £17.50. When I got home, I realized the mistake and went back to the store to sort it out. Unfortunately, the staff did not even apologize for the error, and I felt that I was treated disrespectfully — possibly because of my accent. I would like to request an explanation for the incorrect refund and a correction of the amount owed to me. I also hope that this feedback will help improve the way customers are treated in the future.

   Sweet. The boots literally peel off from my daughters foot less than 2 months. They refused to acceptot compliant as they said "these are fashion items not suitable for everyday wear" Interesting approach when taking about boots, not balley shoes worn on the street.

   Slightly dissapointed after today's visit. Wanted to buy husband an aftershave but most testers were not available and those that where there, were mixed up. I've asked a Staff member for the tester but was told that they can't open any of the bottles. I think they don't care or just missing a trick before Valentines.

   Nice enough store. Good range of ladies clothes here plus men's upstairs. Don't quite understand the need for the Costa as there is a large Costa about 15 meters away from there opposite! Would have been more useful to have more things to buy like clothes and home wear.

   This is an excellent Next store. Bright and cheerful with a great range. My Helen likes it for its clothing and accessories. Parking is easy and free in the massive car park at Serpentine Green. I give it 5 stars because it also includes a Costa upstairs!
