   I couldn’t recommend this store highly enough. The customer service was excellent — the staff were incredibly helpful with the information, demonstrations, and patience they showed us. There were about seven of us looking at prams, car seats, and more, so there were lots of questions, but they handled the hectic environment so well. I can’t thank them enough for the support and guidance they gave us throughout the experience. The ladies are extremely knowledgeable, which made such a difference. Thank you, Olivers Babycare — I’ll definitely be recommending you to friends!

   Items never arrived, and the handling of the issue has been extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company, I was told to report it to the police—who confirmed it was not something they could assist with. The delivery company then claimed the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour who does not exist, and despite this clear inconsistency, the seller stated they were unable to help any further. The situation feels highly unreliable and raises serious concerns. I would strongly recommend purchasing from a more established and reputable retailer. Fortunately, I paid by credit card and should be able to recover the funds, but this has been a very poor experience that calls the legitimacy of the business into question. * In response to their latest reply, they continue to provide false information, which is quite embarrassing for them at this point. The item was not delivered to the correct address and was allegedly handed to a person who does not exist. The company repeatedly tries to fob customers off, either telling you to contact the police or the courier, despite this being their legal responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are not following the legislation and are demonstrating clear misconduct in their business practices. I will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and strongly advise all people to avoid this company, I recommend reading other Google reviews as this seems to be a fairly regular occurrence with their customer support being arrogant and trying to push off any responsibility. If anything goes wrong with your order, this company will not help in anyway, and instead lie about parcels being signed, delivered to the correct address and deflect any responsibility. Save yourself the headache and go to a legitimate company

   Came across OBC from multiple friends who have raved about it, went to initially check it out to see what travel systems were available to try- the shop has a huge range of prams and the shop manager and assistants are helpful if needed, but allow you to try in your own time also. We met Liz on both occasions and she was great. My husband and I bought majority of our baby items here as they were very flexible with price matching and/or NHS discount. They were kind enough to offer our pram being delivered to our home, which was very efficient and smooth. Can’t recommend this shop enough, it has a lot more variety than most shops in the Peterborough area and the staff are lovely. As first time parents we found this shop to be a dream.

   I would like to start with saying that the customer service inside the shop was great and it made us feel welcomed. We also discussed a lot of options and decided to buy a Venicci product based on their recommendations and expertise. I decided to order in colour Caramel because it would be preferred against the muddy weather. However the problem appeared when the supplier delivered the wrong colour, a whole package wich contained the base, seat unit (in vanilla), hood (vanilla), purse and baby blanket (also in vanilla). I contacted OliversBabyCare and i was told for 2 weeks that the supplier isn't answering to sort this out. Then i waited out for 3 months asking the bank to sort this out because i used a credit card and didn't want the stress to deal with all of this. After 3 months on 23rd of September the bank failed to do anything and notified me. That's when i started to do everything myself again, i contacted Emma at OliversBabyCare, she quickly arranged a collection and delivery of the "new" replacement parts for the hood and seat unit. I expected them to be brand new, meaning wrapped in the plastic bags for protection in original packaging like those that i received originally. Instead i received an oversized box with those two items with no bags or protection whatsoever. They were dusty and dirty with white spots along the fabric. I was asked if i can try to wash them. What? I paid almost £700 for a premium product and then i am asked if i am not happy with the cleanliness of a supposedly brand new product to give them a wash? What kind of joke is this.... I expected to have the whole seat unit, base and the whole box replaced as a whole with a brand new sealed box with the same products in there but the correct colour, it's not that hard. Very dissapointed, I paid so much money to be treated poorly by customer service. There is another collection set for next week and delivery of another replacement. I don't expect anything different... The baby is due in one week now and all of this has caused unnecessary stress for all of us. I'm very upsey. What i expect: to have the products collected next week and replaced with the same, uncovered, thrown in a big oversize products that will look like they were held in a dusty warehouse for months What it should happen: i should receive the replacement products in original plastic sleeves without any dirt or dust. Being protected by original packaging and passing quality control. Edit: this issue has been resolved so the review has been edited to 3 stars because of the experience.

   I ordered the products online for collection. Well what a hidden gem! A beautiful, well designed shop with everything from prams to dummy clips. The staff were so friendly and the products were great. I will definitely be getting all my baby supplies from there. Thank you

   Ordered a few things from Olivers Baby Care and initially we wondered: "is this shop even legit because the prices are so good?" We checked out their Google reviews and the business itself, and decided to go ahead. The items we ordered were on a pre-order basis and Rachel kept us informed ALL THE WAY ever since the day we placed an order. Their customer service emails are written by a human (Rachel) and not by a robot and Rachel is so responsive even though you can tell she's busy she's listened and understood what you were saying. An item was missed from the delivery and Rachel very quickly rectified that. The customer service is impeccable and I get a sense this is a hard working family business and they deserve every penny. If I lived anywhere nearer Peterborough I would sure shop in store too. I would 150% come back for my other baby purchases. Well done Olivers Baby Care. * Edit: I've since discovered that Olivers Babycare isn't a family business per se but it's a group of company also including Baby Security (which coincidentally I've also ordered from). But yeah, this doesn't change anything I think the workers do work hard to do their best for their customers which really should be applauded.

   Fantastic service, purchased a full travel system. As new parents to be, we were unsure what we needed and we're looking to find a place where we could feel and talk about our options. We were warmly greeted as we arrived, time was taken with us and we were shown a variety of products including how they worked, folded up and were even allowed to check to see if it fit in the boot. All round excellent service and will be returning to get other little bits we need.
