I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Co-op! The store is well-organized, clean, and offers a fantastic selection of high-quality products. The fresh produce and baked goods are especially impressive. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always go out of their way to assist customers. I also appreciate their commitment to sustainability and supporting local suppliers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and quality in one place!
A pleasant mid size supermarket. The interior was revamped a while back and it certainly improved the look. A pretty decent range of foods overall, as well as a small continental section. My one food related gripe with the co-op is their fresh herbs are limited, and not the best quality. My biggest issue with the co-op as well as most other UK supermarkets are the price of goods. They are ridiculously high for no valid reason. Things went stupid at the time of COVID lockdown, and have only gotten worse since. Now it feels like nothing more than greed is the reason for the endless price gouge and subtle shrinkflation.
There's a large car park behind, however because it's free it's often full up. The spaces are very tight and close as well. This is a small to medium sized co-op. There are very few tills, and none were in operation when I arrived, only the self serve which is card only. I found the fruit and veg area to be small, and sparse. No carrots left when I visited. The frozen section isn't massive either. The store is mostly dry goods, and household essentials. Great for stocking up but I wouldn't use for a massive food shop.
Very fancy food for a co OP they obviously know their market place.
Good parking , huge variety to shop good quality staff are very helpful and polite, ideal shopping to consider

Basic small supermarket, good range of products and looks really nice since it's been done up recently. I like the eco friendly refill options, it's nice to see a mainstream supermarket offer that kind of thing. Only thing I can fault it on is a lot of the stuff is quite expensive compared to other shops.
After they refurbished the building, it looks so much better with so many things inside such as the f 'real milkshake machine and the tango slushy machine. Staff are always really nice and helpful and the prices are good. Really good for stopping by and grabbing sweets and a drink, just as good for general shopping.
