   SCAMMER… SCAMMER….SCAMMER Be very careful with this shop. I posted the item couple of weeks ago and It’s not moving since then. At the time i had doubt that they gonna keep my parcel with them and it becomes truth. He does not respond properly and rude. They scam people by keeping valuable items with them. Think 100 times before posting your items to them.

   Absolutely disgusting. This place is a complete embarrassment and should be shut down immediately. I went in to send a Yodel parcel, was told they do it, had my barcode ready, and was then deliberately ignored while staff stood around chatting and laughing for over 10 minutes. The staff are shockingly lazy, rude, and clearly hate customers. No professionalism, no basic manners, and no interest in doing their job. When I finally spoke up, they became aggressive and tried to cause issues with my parcel instead of helping. This is the worst customer service experience of my life. I would not trust this place with a parcel, let alone anything important. The so-called 5-star reviews are clearly nonsense and likely written by the shop owner or friends, because they do not match reality in any way. Total lies. Avoid this place at all costs. Utterly useless and embarrassing.

   I wanted to drop off a FEDEX parcel, because this shop is on the list of approved drop off FEDEX locations, as per the website. The guy at the till said he will not accept any parcels, despite I have showed him his shop name on a website, he said he knows but will not accept it anyways. FEDEX should remove that shop from its list.

   The only thing i can say is that the man at the till doesn’t like to work there. Not helpfull and doesn’t care if you need help with parcels. I won’t come here anymore. Not recommend

   I went there to send a package with YODEL. I ask them if i can do it there he says yes. I get the package from my back pack and get the bar code ready and they ignored me. I speak to the guy again and tells me to wait in a none professional manner. They keep chatting while im waiting for 10min. Soon comes in a couple complaining about something they just bought from their shop and they were ignored as well. They are very unprofessional and rude.

   i brought a elux legend on the 23rd of april and i opened it fresh out the box and it was making noises so i opened the vape to find out it was sparking it, started smoking and i was so disappointed i have got footage of the vape im not impressed i would like a new one or my £12 back if not! ill be reporting it and ill be back on the 30th of April for a new one ! or i’ll take this too the news papers !!!

   Great convenience store, has all the essentials. Excellent customer service and good prices. Has known stores nearby I.e. Lidl but, prices and fast customer service cannot compete so, I’d rather shop here than go to another especially elsewhere having long queues!

   The worst experience in my life. Customer assistant are lasy and don't want to move. They argue with customers and not giving a parcels. They try to send my parcel back becouse I said my opinion, what they don't like. Not recommend ever.
