Great quality, great prices.. And refund policy is awesome, staff are great and helpful once ask them, despite being under tremendous work load and have to arrange and fold many items repeatedly on daily basis. Hats off for all staff infront and behind the scene..
Was accused of stealing clothes by a security guard who tried to intimidate me with statements such as "I'm not a fool I've seen it all before." I showed my receipt and received no apology for being treated like a criminal. Not going to visit this store again. I'm a young person with autism and I find shopping to be quite overwhelming already but this was traumatizing.
The Brighon branch has a Poor selection of men's clothing and the floor for men's wear is now reduced to half a floor. Quality has dropped whilst prices gone up. This branch isn't run very well . Hastings is much better managed and larger men's range. .
Husbands and boyfriends are welcome, very good space for sitting while the wife is away shopping.... even has phone charging ports! Not that I used them but the seats were helpful. Overall good shop for cheap and cheerful clothes.

Popped in as I got caught in a downpour and got absolutely soaked!!! Bought myself a jacket and top. Yes, I had to wait in a long queue but it soon went. Service at the till was spot on plus I was able to find what I needed easily enough. Clean shop. Glad it was there. Thank you.
