   So friendly and welcoming, reasonable prices for some very nice flavour juices and a brilliant selection of all different types of vapes, mods, tanks. Sarah and ash are both lovely accommodating professionals who know their products and if they don't they will offer to find out for you and let you know within 48 hours. Highly recommend this shop for all things vape. Best place to quit your smoking journey.

   Terrible customer service. Asked for 50/50 liquid, was given 60/40 as I handed over money. When I read label and told him it's 60/40 he insisted it's 50/50. He then admitted it's 60/40 and tried to gaslight his way out of it by saying it doesn't make a difference. I told him several times I didn't want it and left the bottle on the counter. However, he continued to argue, before eventually giving me back my money. This guy (didn't get his name) should be nowhere near any customer service job. Lying to customers, and trying to intimidate them is kind of an obvious no no. He also clearly knows nothing about the products, and is betting on the customer being as ignorant as he is. Avoid. *This occurred around 4pm March 10th.

   Have been going to this shop for months now. The ladies (sarah) who works their is funny and easy to talk to and is very honest if she doesn't know about the product, The gentleman (Ash) who also works in their is a grate man and has a vast knowledge of this industry. If u don't see something you like here ask Ash he might be able to get it in for you.
