   Completely disregarded what I asked for. The worst haircut I’ve had in 35 years of life to the point I’ve had to shave my head. Nice guy, nice place - can’t follow advice and does his own thing. Hate to leave bad reviews but have to on this occasion.

   I've used Mario's for the last 6 - 8 months - nice guys until the online booking didn't work then you see what they're really like - very poor customer service, not interested in listening, arrogant and dismissive - keep giving them your hard earned cash if you want but they'll get no more of mine

   Really dissatisfied! I had booked in for a razor beard cut and shape up. I explained at the start I just wanted it lining back in to the line that were already there and only the ends chopping off on the shape up. So he then proceeded to start work and he started taking the line further and further up my chin, I said please dont go any higher because I could feel how high up he was already. He then went onto my cheeks and started cutting downwards and I said no lower please I just want it lining back in so he did the other cheek an then went back to my neck line and again started taking it higher and higher he then proceeded it cut 1.5 nches off the front of my beard I said please dont take any more off so he carried on trimming it to neaten it up then when he was done I was left with nearly anything left. I was very disappointed because I gave clear instruction on how I wanted it and he just ignored that and did his own thing. I wont be back.

   I had booked a hair cut for my partner and my two foster sons, on Monday the 12th of April, the guy who cut our hair wasn't the regular barber. He gave both my foster sons an M shaped fringe for some bizarre reason, which i wasn't aware of until after i had left, my partners beard was patchy and his hair was uneven, The barber ever said "sorry ill do it better next time" which was the first words he had said to any of us since we got there, I am very disappointed with the level of experience shown with our 3 hair cuts costing £45. I won't be using this barbers again, very disappointed with I have been before.
