    I drove ages to get to the store as the website said it stocked leading brands. It had hardly any of the brands advertised on the website and such limited selection.. my local Smiths toys has a better selection, especially on strollers. One of the women was trying to be helpful, but one was terribly unfriendly and really didn’t care at all for my custom. I suggested they updated their website to reflect the brand they no longer stock and I didn’t get a reply, just a scoff as I exited the shop.

    I recently visited Frills All Round with the intention of purchasing a pram, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed very uninterested in assisting me. Every time I asked questions, I was met with one-word answers, and the overall attitude felt quite hostile. At one point, I actually had to walk away due to how uncomfortable the situation felt. When I returned to ask more questions, it still felt like I was an inconvenience. It got to the point where I had to explain, "I am a first-time mum, hence the questions," just to get basic assistance. This is something I should never have had to say in a store that specialises in prams and baby products. Despite the disappointing experience in-store, they did have a good range of travel systems and ended up purchasing one. However, it took over a month to arrive, and while the delay wasn’t my main issue, the poor communication and unprofessional attitude I encountered were. I called weekly for updates on my order, as I live in Essex and I was arranging for my mum to collect my order. When you’re informed it’s coming next week, so your mum amends her weekend plans to collect on the Saturday, and the order still hasn’t arrived it’s very frustrating, but to have this happen 4 weeks in a row is a complete shambles. If you don’t know when the order is coming, be honest so people can manage their expectations, but instead, they were dismissive and hostile when calling. My favourite line was “It’s 40 prams coming in, not just your one.” Perhaps you should try ordering in smaller batches so 40 people aren’t disappointed with late deliveries. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this store. The lack of customer care, poor communication, and unhelpful attitude turned what should have been a simple purchase into a very frustrating one. I had previously visited Mamas & Papas for an appointment, and I can wholeheartedly recommend their service. They were welcoming, patient, and eager to assist. I expected far more from an independent shop like Frills All Round, especially when it comes to such an important purchase for a new parent.

    I had a wonderful experience at the baby shop today! As soon as we walked in, a friendly lady quickly approached us and offered her assistance. She took the time to show us all three pushchairs we were interested in, explaining the features of each one thoroughly. She also gave us helpful information about a pram that's due to be in stock soon, which I’m excited to see. She kindly took my number and promised to call me as soon as it arrives in the store. The store was quite busy, as we visited on a Saturday afternoon, but despite this, the customer service was excellent. I must admit, I was a little worried about visiting due to some of the negative reviews I had read previously, but my experience couldn't have been more different. I would encourage anyone to give this shop a chance—it was such a positive visit for us.

    We recently visited Frills All Round and unfortunately it was a deeply disappointing experience. This is especially disheartening as the store has such a wonderful selection of products, and we were excited to visit. The staff were extremely unhelpful and made us feel as though we were a nuisance. This was particularly upsetting as its our first baby and we had traveled over an hour to visit the shop. Expecting service that we have received in other shops very similar. Instead, it was a complete letdown. We will not be recommending this store to others and certainly will not be returning.

    There car park sign is completely misleading!! It’s not the Citroen car park!! Parked my car in there where the signs told me to park. And came back and a post was up. Couldn’t get my car out. Went back in to Frills all around. Who where rude and useless!! Turned out to be Citroens parking lot when over to then. They apologised and explained about Frills all around having misleading signs. Helped me out and where very friendly

    So previously I have not had a problem with the store…Emily has been so helpful in sorting any issues, and giving me helpful information to get what I was looking for and even purchased a double I candy cerium, along with 3 cybex car seats along with little bits such as mattresses, sheets etc… I had a issue with my pram missing the correct part, which I understand was I candy fault not the store but every time I had called up Emily wasn’t around anymore and was faced with someone who had no idea who ‘would have to look into it’ . took a fair few weeks to finally get the correct part with many phone calls or me asking for a update… but that’s not my reason for a low star, as things can happen with slow deliveries etc… My low star review is purely by the fact of how I was treated on my last interaction to the store. I called up due to my one year old being able to undo her car seat buckle, and was looking for advice and what they would recommend to prevent this… I spoke to a women called ‘Jess’ over the phone and I just felt completely palmed off from the get go.. I explained I had brought a car seat and was concerned with my child’s safety and just got told to look online for a solutions ( which I had done, but was so overwhelmed with what to actually get). She never directed me to a single product to look into just that ‘ we don’t have anything’ which cut the conversation short.. all I wanted to know what products are safest and wouldn’t effect the car seats safety ability.. Or at least not have someone rude and blunt towards me.

    Good range but it's a really weird atmosphere in there. I got amazing customer service on one visit when I needed help with a pram, but other than that it's just odd in there. You don't get greeted or asked if you need help, it's completely silent like a library and just generally a bit unwelcoming. Being local and with a baby I'd shop here more often, but because it's such an odd shopping experience I just end up buying all my baby stuff from other retailers

    I have nothing but good things to say about frills all round, after being recommended the shop by a friend we decided to go and have a look. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The travel system that we were after was in store and they let us try it out. Once happy we ordered the travel system at a competitive price, they kept us up to date on the progress of our order. Quality service, hassle free and would recommend to any parents to be.
