I have been coming to the Heritage Barbershop since the first week they opened, James has cut my hair pretty much every 4 weeks since and I would not go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, the shop is clean and stylish, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent haircut. I've been going to Heritage since it opened and year on year James and the team have continued to progress with the way they run the business. Things are not left stagnant. New stylists are brought on board often to reshuffle the talent whilst providing enough barbers for the demand. I used to hate getting my hair cut before I came to Heritage and the only place I could go to was a stylist who was charging £30+ which was outrageous. They know me so well at Heritage now I'm in and out within 30 minutes all for under £15. I've NEVER had a bad cut from the team here. They're so good I often just give pretty basic instructions and let them make up the rest. I trust their judgement and their skill completely. I'm an absolute shadow of myself before when I used to worry about letting a barber near my hair at all. Thanks so much to James and the team. You wouldn't find a more friendly and skilled barbershop in Stoke-on-Trent.
