I had my first visit to Il Capo Barbier in Newcastle-under-Lyme, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Charlie, the barber, did an amazing job. I have been using here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Sophie is an amazing barber and I've never had a bad haircut here. She is also brilliant with kids, I always take my young grandson with me for his hair to be cut too. She is particularly good with you kids who are autistic and maybe a bit scared of barbers, I've seen her in action with these kids and she certainly knows how to put them at ease. Charlie is also a very good competent barbers. I thoroughly recommend here as the place to go to.

This place totally deserves the 5 stars. Nicole has been so good and patient, carefully cutting my son's hair. Nicole, you are amazing! My boyfriend is happy with his haircut, too. But from what I've seen, you are all amazing. Oh, and the story behind 'Il Capo', very interesting. I will surely want to find out more. Thank you. Update: Sophie is amazing, too. Our son slowly getting used to have a haircut. He even got a sticker.
I've been having my haircut here for the past year or so and the team are always professional & friendly. It's always a relaxed environment and being able to book an apointment means you're never waiting around. Always had issues with finding the right products for styling my hair, but Sophie recommended some of their own and they've made a huge difference. Couldn't recommend enough!
