   The good- Very clean and well maintained. Member of staff watching at all times. Boys liked the different music and lighting effects. Good value for money. The bad- It was very quiet but the check in was a shambles. Had to complete waivers on the touchscreen despite doing it all online before coming. That was a waste of time. Don't think reception staff would cope if busy!

   No one supervising the place at all. 2 young boys “working” (using the term very loosely). Stood at the empty reception the whole hour on their phones. Other children on the equipment with ice lollies, crisps and other snacks. Had no safety briefing because the boys couldn’t put their phones down. Only positive was the lady running the restaurant area was lovely!

   I am rating 3 stars based upon baby section/ toddler. I took my son to soft play here, it was clean, staff was friendly and it was quiet but there isn't much for babies/toddlers to do. The soft play area is small and I don't think it is worth £4.95 for a small baby for 1 hour. There really isn't much to do.

   Two stars only due to reception staff. To Gravity Luton I visited your play area as I have before and I was very disappointed. The beautiful young ladies at the door reception was a fantastic start happy polite and informative well done ladies. Then we get to the safety clip where my 8 year old walked in and I was over by the tables to my horror I saw him the worker talk to my 8 year old disrespectfully no smile no greet just Show me your wrist band in an aggressive tone I watched as my little one looked uncomfortable as she struggled to process the way he was spoken to thinking he had done something wrong. I intervened. He had no customer service skills at all I then spoke to the manger who was nice and listened to what I had to say as I was ready to walk out at this point. Then it gets worse I then witnessed and severely disabled child with his two carers ask if the child could miss this safety clip as he would not understand what he is watching he was forced to watch this clip with his two support workers holding him up he was clearly getting distressed. Why did he not say ok but can one of the carers please watch the clip and follow safety. Absolutely disgusting there desperately needs Additional staff training on manners customer service and common sense I will not be returning. Kind regards

   The place is quite cool, although sadly when my brother went the place was really empty. The staff members were nice to him, asking if he was okay and also playing with him at one point. He had lots of fun regardless and I’m sure it would be a really fun experience with a group of friends regardless of age!
