Really Bad attitude- Not a very welcoming feeling. This place lacks professional ethics !!!! Lady was rolling her eyes as she had forgotten to add soya milk when I had paid extra for it. Definitely not a good place to SURFF!!!

Surfin is a real staple in the local community, a cafe which is always busy and for good reason! A wonderful social location, friendly staff and a great offering of food and drinks. Not the cheapest cafe in the world, but for its social offering and delicious cakes and drinks it is certainly justified.

Not sure who lady is thats working at the surfing cafe with the pink glasses but I have never experienced someone working with customers with such bad communication skills. I am still shocked how rude she was. If I wasn't with my children I would of made a complaint then and there.

Friendly staff and comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need from a coffee shop.

When all the other cafés were closed at 0730 this one was open for business and doing a trade. Quite busy on a cold and snowy morning with plenty of regulars queuing up for their usuals, including well behaved dogs. I was very impressed with the look of fresh pastries and opted for almond croissant slightly warm. Beautiful it was with a fresh americano. So good I had a 2nd cup, used the WiFi and then had cheese and mushroom toastie. Lovely place, friendly staff and very efficient with the service. Outside seating area for when it warms up.

One of my favourite haunts. Always the BEST coffee and service in about a 25m radius. Friendly staff. Cakes to die for. Amazing selection of drinks and food. Been going for over 10 years now

This coffee shop acts like one of the big boys but only better, lots of cake and decaf cap with flavour, nice place to chill, not a lot else in Biggleswade anyway.
