I’m not sure what gas happened here but the service has gone down hill it’s slow, no hello how can I help nothing just blank stare. Food quality is questionable nothing special. The staff don’t look like they want to be there. Not coming back what’s the point
The older woman who is apart of the staff here, regularly is very rude and has no good customer service. There’s never “hello what would you like” no eye contact, not pleasant to be served by, asked for a small specific change to my order and she didn’t respond just walked away and done my order. It’s almost as if she gets fed up with having to serve customers. Regularly hear this staff member moaning at something or another. Everyone can have a moan but not infront of customers. It makes customers feel so unwelcome and actually feels hostile & uncomfortable. The rest of the girls that work there are lovely, very nice & pleasant.
Good service, pleasant staff, with good quality customer satisfaction. I also had the pleasure to meet the new owner and he give me a pleasant welcoming. I'm really satisfied with the coffee and atmosphere.
This is definitely one of the best value for money afternoon teas I have ever had. I couldn't believe the size and selection for the money. Various sandwiches (egg for veggie and a lot of meat and fish choices for other dietary preferences) macaroons, chips, coleslaw, fruit scones and 3 large wedges of cake. We were SO impressed. The location was nice and quiet with loads of seating outside in the sunshine. There is parking, just make sure you pay if required. The coffee and tea was also delicious and you can tell the staff (who were very attentive) care very much about the business. I'll definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
What a find!!!. We were in the area looking at houses and found this amazing place. Staff were brilliant, food was exceptional and the biscoff frappucino was the best I have ever tasted!!!. People are quick to moan but aren't quick to praise super service, well done to all the staff!!!
Nice coffee, food and cakes looked very tasty.
Went in for coffee and cake - all tables were being used, a member of staff was using the table and went into the back, we asked if we could have her table and was told ‘no’ not great customer service do staff come before customers when it comes to seating?
Staff are always very friendly. The snickers milkshake is on point! Outside seating is perfect for a sunny day (and they have heat lamps for those chillier days too).
Opened 8th Oct 2020. Visited on day #2 and regularly since and has maintained high standards. Some of the best coffee in Biggleswade and tasty panini‘s too. Excellent spot to read the Sunday papers :)
Omg the strawberry milkshakes are amazing! Dried bits of strawberries scattered on top. Definitely recommend and reasonably priced.
