   Great little store staff are popular next few months it will be due for an upgrade maybe the windows will be behind the till again maybe a more self service system see with cam you can add voice option and study not only what said what clients want like instant reduction items not a savings system also the stories amd how might find them to see if react in very kean to find out

   Went there to buy food but they couldn’t give it to me at the advertised price on offer as they didn’t have an it number for the till , so instead of paying £5 for all the items it would of cost me over £23 , then went the following day and went to the self service check out and it kept saying it was asking for assistance after waiting there and checking out over 8 times I turned asked the man if anyone is coming he then said could I checkout on the other till so I had to do all of it all again I wouldn’t mind but having a broken back and being on crutches to walk can be a bit of a pain and to be standing for longer is unbearable, so thank you co op for nothing you should of kept all your old staff there was only one man on the till and the manager didn’t come out either time maybe they should have some more staff too

   Think you need to get rid of the man in he's 50s with black hair who is very very rude. Clearly hates his job and it shows. Rude to customers, no smile, no please no thank you. Openly moans about customers and his Job on the shop floor. And refused to change my tenner into 2 fivers that came straight out of the cash machine outside, baring in mind his till was open. He refused and said he wasn't allowed.. and was very rude and abrupt about it. Resulting in my 2 children getting very upset because he wouldn't split the tenner for me. Don't worry the lovely lady in the royal George did. Sadly won't be coming In store again would rather walk to tesco then be met by that depressive soul.

   Went to coop at 22:20 on 22/09/2021 after looking online where it was saying they was open to get round to the store which is only around the corner from me which was closed. Can you either update this or be open at the advertised times.
