I went to find alternative sugars, and the lady serving was very friendly and helpful. It's a small shop but offers a lot of natural/echo friendly products, including food products and toiletries.
Have no idea how I would have managed without this little oasis of beautiful,helpful staff and glorious food.nothing is too much trouble for the staff and owners.
I visited to get Naturli vegan "butter", & got what I wanted. The only problem was standing outside in the freezing cold for ages, as only 2 customers are allowed in the shop at a time. I know that was a necessary evil, & it was worth it as the Naturli was perfect for making vegan toffee for my lactose-intolerant daughter.
Came into shop when visiting the town as myself and my children have recently became vegan and are still lacking confidence in food choices. The shop was well stocked with tasty options and the staff where both friendly and knowledgeable and we came away with some lovely bits
Really impressed! I called into this store recently as I'm exploring the benefits of a vegan diet. The staff were really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I work in retail myself and really appreciated the great customer service I received. Best experience I've had in a shop for a long time. Even more impressive given the current climate of Covid19 and the fact that every retailer is adjusting to the new 'normal', these guys have done a fantastic job. I will be back! :)
Excellent service and advice from this health food store , place an order .which then arrives the very next day , receive a lovely phone call to collect . This has happened on each order placed . So helpful, highly recommend . Jan
