I never usually complain, but this morning at 9am, I went to collect my medication, but after waiting 45 mins for the pharmacist to arrive, as she was on the school run, I could no longer stand and decided to go grab a coffee. I returned at 10:05, and I’m pleased to say the Pharmacist had arrived, and I was able to collect my prescription. This is not the first time this has happened, and when you’re elderly, it’s difficult to stand for any long period of time. This is not only inconvenient, it’s totally unacceptable. This is not the level of service I’ve become to expect from Boots and I hope this level of poor service will be addressed.

I dont normally shop in boots as being male and is much more aimed at ladies with all the make up etc. The staff are helpful and friendly which is good customer service. I bought expensive aftershaves online and had points that I could use. As I was in town I went in and used them to buy a couple of smaller items. I was helped on how to pay on the self checkout using my points. So basically it felt like I had received the items for free which is always good.

So bad, so so bad. Actually they're so bad it's embarrassing. The staff are so rude and the 'pharmacist' (as it reads on the receipt she gave us) who hangs around at the tiny checkout near the perfumes is probably the worst of the bunch. I think she used someone else's log in because she's not fit to work a checkout let alone be in charge of pharmacy related bits and bobs. She's grumpy, rude and does not want to be there, she grunts rather than use fully formed sentences. And THEN this young dude who was actually an employee of boots was in front of us in the queue showing another employee pictures on his phone rather than actually serving the customers waiting. He spots the huge line and says to the girl he's showing pictures to 'do you wanna serve these lot' and she responds 'yeah, I will in a bit'. Oh my goodness, everything about the 'Worthing Boots' store now is absolutely awful. Just awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful.

Bit on the pricey side, Boots, but products usually of decent quality. I like hoping to Boots for the instant photo booths so I can print out photos from my shoots in live time and for the different ordering options

I use the instore opticians and have been back for adjustments to my glasses and service is always with a smile. Staff in the general part of the store are also extremely helpful.

Very dissatisfied with the service today . I asked three members of staff if they stocked a certain product . Kept being sent first to pharmacy then perfume department then tills , only to be passed on again . After 20 minutes of my one hour lunch break still no answer . The shop does stock a huge section of this particular product but still no one offered to find out . I will be shopping on line in future

Always very good treatment by staff. Each procedure well explained and made very clear which helps to understand reasons for such procedure. Great selection of frames and time taken to advise on fit and look when selected. Have always received the best if service In Boots opticians.
