Went to get my nails redone there after the ones I had done there previously fell off after a week. I text them and they said “come in and we will sort it out for you”. Proceeded to charge me £20 for these. Photo on the right is what I asked for. I’m not usually one to complain but this is a joke my cuticles are so damaged. Asked for a matte top coat and was told no because “it doesn’t look very nice”. Really unhappy seeing as I’ve spent £65 there in the past 2 weeks alone. No apologies either apparently it was my fault the first ones had all fallen off. Was also asked to bite off my remaining nail and ended up pulling half of my natural nail off basically.
The two women who did my nails were fantastic. I came with very bad nails from the “nail artist” from Haywood Road. Nothing phased them. I have fantastic nails now. These lovely ladies are perfectionist. They don’t let you leave until they are perfect. They are both so friendly. Just really lovely people. I highly recommend.

Friendly and professional service. I've had shellac nails done several times here and always depart a happy customer. Always busy so make sure you call first and make a booking.
