   Have been collecting my medications from here on a weekly basis for over 8 years. The people are more than kind and always go that step further than needing to, just to ensure things run well. There are a lot of new staff now but i would love to thank Julie, Phil, Amanda and Danielle as they have always helped me from the start, thank you!

   My handicapped brother did not receive his monthly delivery of medication and though he phoned continually nobody answered. I had to make a 70mile drive to go to the pharmacy to deal with what should have been a phone call. The staff (only 2 and a stand in pharmacist) were very pleasant and polite and clearly swamped by demand, but it clearly is a far from satisfactory situation.

   No one answers phone. When I got through was told they hadn't got my script from doctors, rang doctors they'd send it on the Friday. Now Tuesday after a bank holiday Monday. It's the denial about not having it that gets me. It's for blood thinners so pretty important. I'm away now and then hospital what do I do now

   Awful experience with this chemist they delivered blister packs to my Mother who has dementia and them delivered the same medication in boxes for a month which I had to return. 1 month later after changing prescription to another chemist Rowland delivered another months supply of medication which I returned to them within 6 hours but they refused to take them back. What a waste of NHS money.
