   I have used t nails a few times over the years and the nails themselves are always really good and long lasting however i have noticed that even if you book an appointment if their regular customers comes in they get to jump the queue even if they don't have an appointment. For example today I had an appointment for 9:45 at 10:35 I was still sat waiting because 3 lady's had come in after me and got to jump the que and got seen first when they had no appointment. I get that they are regulars but I was in the nail shop for 2 hours and most of that was spent waiting even though I had an appointment booked. This happens every time I go into the nail shop so I won't be going back here again because today was absolutely ridiculous. The gentleman did a lovely job on my nails and he did apologies but I can't justify sitting in a nail shop for that long when I booked my appointment for a certain time. I also booked for acrylics and jel toes which they did not mention when I got there and with how long it took to get my hands done I was not going to ask so I went round the corner to a different shop for them.

   I have been going T nails for over 10 years. Every set they have done, they have put such care and love into. Tracy is so kind and considerate, she is amazing at intricate designs. Joe is always smiling and he has done my most recent sets that last over a month! Minhg (sorry if wrong spelling) is a lovely lady who will ensure your set is to the best quality. Guhn (sorry again if spelt wrong) is a great laugh and she did my toe nails last year that I swear lasted 5 months. There is also a young blonde lady who has started working there, she is so gentle and always smiling. She did my toes this time and was so lovely and did a great job. I will always recommend T nails, their prices are insane for the high quality they give. They will always make you feel welcome and do their best in every set. I go in with such complex designs and they take the time to talk it through with me and are always checking in throughout the appointment. Thank you to everyone at Tnaîls for making every appointment so special

   Just looking at the pics on FB many of the customers have very red and inflamed nail beds. Perfect for infection. No way would this be acceptable. Please look at the pictures yourself before visiting this place. I did comment of one of their pics they took the post down so I'm posting here to warn the public
