   We hired Herts Vintage Hire for their services for on the day wedding coordination in August. We are beyond grateful for having Carla as our on the day wedding coordinator! From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. She was punctual, and her calm and friendly presence immediately put us at ease. Carla went above and beyond in so many ways – from directing parking to making sure the right music was playing at the right times, she handled everything seamlessly. What really stood out was how Carla anticipated our needs and took care of things we hadn’t even thought of. For example, she moved the cake into the shade so the flowers wouldn't wilt before we cut it, and she put out signs I had forgotten to move in the morning. These thoughtful touches really showed how much she cared about making our day perfect. On top of everything, Carla also captured candid photos and videos throughout the day without us even realising. When she shared them with us after the wedding, we were blown away by how they captured the essence of our day. We truly couldn’t be more grateful for all her hard work. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who goes above and beyond, Carla is absolutely the one!

   We had a fantastic experience with Carla and the team at Herts Vintage Hire (HVH). We hired them to help with catering and decor for our UK garden party wedding celebration. Carla was flexible with time differences (we live in Canada) and happy to chat over WhatsApp calls / emails. She helped us decided numbers of items we’d need for 70 people (end even brought spare without being asked!). On the day itself the HVH team had an issue with the rented van and Carla was quick to communicate to ensure no additional stress. When they arrived they worked extremely hard to get everything set up ahead of guests arriving. The day ran very smoothly and everyone was very complimentary about the decorations.    Thoroughly recommend Herts Vintage Hire, they provided exactly what I was looking for, for my sisters baby shower afternoon tea. We hired the set for 30 people and it was all immaculate and bubble wrapped when my Mum collected. Delivery is an option but we wasn’t too far away. Carla was easy to communicate with and it was a very easy process. Thank you again it finished the set up for perfectly xx

   What can I say...apart from thank you!!! Carla did the most amazing job at my wedding, the day would not have been the same without her! She took care of everything and went above and beyond, including filming the speeches! She did the best job in turning my reception room around, decorating with her personal touch and the garden games kept the guests entertained all evening! A previous review mentioned how Carla is a busy lady and this is very true! So if she takes a little longer to reply this will not affect the final service you get from this company! I would 100% recommend hiring Carla to help kit out your wedding! It was magical :) Thank you again.

   I was excited to find this place for an engagement party in early June, and even more excited to have a conversation with Carla to hire the garden games as she informed me the day was unbooked and available. She told me to message the details. I called twice and messaged few times after to follow up our discussion. No response even after a week, despite seeing online activity. I sent this message 'Despite our conversation on 5th May, I was excited to have you guys at our event. Due to the lack of response I'm gonna presume you're no longer interested in being our supplier. Best wishes' Disappointing and unprofessional. I'm still trying to figure out why- is it my name? Does it sound too foreign? I can't genuinely figure out why. Despite that, it takes a simple message even to say no. Being ghosted by a supplier is strange. And even more stressful trying to find an alternative Maybe they are great- I wouldn't know. But I don't trust a place who simply can't communicate. So good luck with others who are hiring- there are plenty of great businesses who are great at communicating and supplying! And I hope I can find one

   Hired some beautiful china, tablecloths and even bunting from these wonderful women and it completely made our birthday teadance. Easy to organise with, they made the effort to travel to and from us a little out of their normal area, all the china was fantastic and they had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend.
