   Rubbish at Nails, cant do proper shaping and the nails fall off under two weeks and then they’re rude & feisty to you about it SMH JOKE PLACE

   I always get my nails done here and every single time I come out extremely happy. The staff are polite and happy, always checking to make sure you like the nails. The prices are good. My nails used to split and break really bad until it was suggested to try builder gel. I have now been having builder gel on my nails for around a year and they have never once broken or split. Very happy with the service and highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their nails done!

   Showed a picture of what I wanted. The man didn’t understand me and gave me nails I did not want. I tried to correct him but he had no clue. The lady having her nails done next to me, was left waiting ages whilst the salon girl did eyebrows, other nails. I’ll never go back, way understaffed, chaotic and zero customer service! I would actually say… they were rude, considering they are running a business… not a great plan. Will go elsewhere in future… my one time there, never again

   Booked an appointment but still had to wait. The young man that did my nails was unprepared, he rushed from start to finish, the gel polish looks patchy, uneven and untidy. Won't be going back, very unhappy

   I asked for a removal of my old set and a new set.i asked for solid pink not ombre solid colour. I also ask for them to do them thicker than normal as that is how I like them because I have them Medium long it stops me snapping them. My nails look ombre. I honestly feel like I've been butchered he tried to take one of my nails off with a nail tip and stabbed me twice with it. I have cuts round my cuticles from the drill because he was rushing and must of said 5 times your hurting me. He then cut me when using the hand file didn't say oh sorry just continued to wipe the blood away like it didn't happen. I then had to ask him to file nails again because they weren't straight. He was just so ruff fingers are cut and sore. So based on my review I will not be returning. I've been having my nails done every 3 weeks for the last 20 years and never experienced anything like this before.

   I walk in as I was looking for building gel. They said they don’t do them but have something similar as I would like to have something strong to hold on my own nails that’s not acrylic. During the service my nails were getting sore as using the machine to file them was too hot. Mention it couple times but no much had changed. By the time I got home my nails feels like couple layers have came out of my nails. Never again
