   We come frequently to Marco’s in the Holiday Inn in Central Milton Keynes and are always greeted cheerfully by Lala, Mandy and Bedana. They make us feel like coming home to have a great meal with your family. Service is the best and food is always amazing. Our daughter keeps on asking to come back. Great atmosphere and lovely people.

   The hotel is ok. Whilst the rooms are comfortable, they are a little dated in places, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast is good. It's a buffet style and reasonably tasty and there is an automatic coffee machine which is ok. Positives are the staff were friendly and the common areas of the hotel (reception and restaurant) are modern and clean.

   The hotel is always amazing, the staff are lovely. The breakfast is also very good, especially love the overnight oats and yoghurt. I have gotten to know the staff very well and it's always a joy to me start the day with a smile from them. On this occasion, Freda was especially kind and welcoming and thank you to Lauren for helping me with my luggage due to a back injury.

   Great location for central MK shopping, spacious comfortable rooms and dining on site available which was excellent. The service from hotel and restaurant staff was excellent; Bow in particular was exemplary for dinner service. My only gripe about the hotel is that pool closes at 9pm and doesn't open until 8am and during evenings and weekends is part used for children's swim classes

   Staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a good quality shower and Dove shower gel supplied. The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work so we had a restless night with little sleep. Breakfast was good, nice hash browns, good selection of teas. The coffee machine wasn't working and every time staff fixed it a few cups later it broke again and then water leaked all over the floor. The lovely ladies tried hard to fix it but it was one of those days!! Parking is free and there is a Harvester on site if you want some where else to eat within walking distance. One of the better HIE we have stayed it, just a shame about the air con and coffee machine otherwise it would have been 5 stars. We would happily stay again if in the area.

   I had training here in the meeting room of Holiday Inn, therefore my partner and I booked to stay overnight as we were in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The meeting room was nice and they had good service to set up a meeting room with all necessary equipments. Check in was easy and we were given the Enigma suite on the 2nd floor there is no lift but this was not a problem for us. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with an en-suite bathroom and lovely shower, plenty of water pressure and complimentary toiletries was a nice touch. Comfortable king size bed and air conditioning which was necessary as it was a very hot day. Breakfast was plentiful a choice of continental and hot options. Staff on hand for any food requirements such as vegetarian sausages and omelettes cooked to your choice. The experience was similar to some 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in! Will definitely be back when visiting Holiday Inn.!!

   Stayed here for 2 nights, the room was clean to a high standard. Very comfortable beds, no noise from other guests and everything in our room worked perfectly as it should. The only slight thing I could grumble about is the decor of the room seems to be a little outdated especially the carpets. Other than that it was a 5 star stay. I would like to give a special thanks to two bar/restaurant staff called Peach and boe who were fantastic. Always had a smile on their face and their customer skills were brilliant. I'd definitely stay here again.

   What makes this hotel lovely is the staff, all absolutely lovely and will help you if you need anything. Bar staff are great and helpful. Parking onsite is always available which makes a difference to most of the other hotels in the area where you have to pay extortionate prices to park on the street. The one negative would be that most of the rooms do not have wall sockets next to the beds however the refurbished rooms do, a small inconvenience for a nice experience!

   What a brilliant stay we had! My hubby booked a night to celebrate my birthday, when we arrived the receptionist recognised this and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it can be. Room was clean, pitch black at night time and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious, I can't fault it. Thank you once again holiday inn for stepping up!

   Perfect location for this holiday inn. Stone throw from the MK centre so plenty of fast food/restaurants around. Hotel is nice and modern looking. The Aussie lady at check in was awesome. So friendly and talkative. Exactly what is needed from front of house staff to make you feel welcome. Executive room was nice but could do with some modernisation to match the lobby/surrounding area. Room came with all the complimentary bits you'd expect from an executive room. Bathroom was medium sized and suitable for a short business trip. Gym was very small but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. Didn't use the pool but the steam room was great. Also the lady at the reception was great. Super friendly. Just remember to take a pound coin for the lockers! I didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment but there are plenty of halal options at the MK centre.
