   was here yesterday to get a biab infill on my nails that i have spent years trying to look perfect and be strong and I am on holiday and had to get my nails done and chose this place when i got sat down she was struggling to even file off my old polish and then she was putting the biab on and i just knew something was wrong and it looked horrible and she never even filled in the gap then she was about to start painting colour and i looked at mh nail and had to tell her the gap was still there on all my nails finally after her trying and trying it just got thicker and thicker and lumpy and uneven and none of my nails were the same shape she had no clue what she was doing and then finally i gave up on trying to tell her was to do i just wanted to be out of there after 4 hours and still no paint on my nails i said we can do the design and then they couldn't even paint any of the designs at that point i just said put a top coat on it the nails are already horrible i already need to get them redone then when leaving they said it would be no charge after my mum looking at them and seeing how horrible they looked and say are you going to charge for this then they didn't charge but now hours later I have been charged with a cancellation fee which I was told by them there would be no charge at all that whole experience was a waste of my whole day and still not leaving with anything that can be saved and will now have to find a nail salon that can fit me in around christmas and have to spend even more time getting them done I have never been to a nail salon that has done this bad of a job oh and the thumb nail already came off yesterday and it hadn’t even been a day please save your money and your time and dont go here go somewhere else.

   I generally find this salon ok and visit fairly regularly. However, I had to cancel my appointment today as I have Covid. They charged me 50%! Although I know they have a cancellation policy, I think it's pretty harsh to charge a regular customer 50% for having covid. Would they have preferred I come in and spread covid around their salon? I shall not return.

   Lovely, lovely experience. I was in Shrewsbury for my daughter’s upcoming wedding, and she, my other daughter, and had such a thoroughly delightful experience! Not only do our nails look fabulous, but we enjoyed the after experience of cake and champagne on the adorable patio. If only I lived in Shrewsbury, I would be a regular!

   Had an absolutely wonderful time when I took my mom and sister here for mani-pedis before my sister’s wedding. The staff were absolutely lovely, did an amazing job and made us feel so welcome! (The back patio is also a great place to relax with a glass of bubbles afterwards!)

   I enjoyed my trip with friends in the courtyard with a glass of bubbles! Would recommend Mirror Mirror 1000 times over! Excellent service and the staff are always really friendly. Always a pleasure to return here :) The owner always greets me with a smile upon entering the salon, such a chilled atmosphere.

   really lovely staff and good atmosphere, however 2 days after i got my nails done two of them came off when i picked up my phone and then i’d noticed others were tacky and scuffed. i came back a few days later for a redo during the 7 day guarantee and another nail broke off the next day. the nails she redid weren’t even the same size/shape as those which were already on my fingers. really not happy considering it cost £50

   Claire at Mirror Mirror is absolutely amazing. I have switched from my previous nail and brow salon due to the luxurious experience, Mirror Mirror offers to their customers. The girls have class, they're dedicated to their craft, they're very polite and they treat their clients with such respect and grace - all attributes someone expects from a Shrewsbury nail and brow bar.

   Recently moved to the area and after reading the other positive reviews decided to give this salon a go. I was booked in with Melissa for a pedicure and honestly had a lovely experience! I was made to feel welcome, offered a drink and I felt so relaxed while having my treatment! I'll definitely be back and would recommend this place to others that haven't been before!
