   Went today for the first time for mani and pedi and have to say I was really impressed! The young man who did both was great, best pedicure I’ve had. Offered a tea, lovely massage chair. So relaxing and highly recommended.

   I had biab extensions done and wanted them in pastel colours with flowers. I don't know what happened to the flowers? One of my nails is not cured properly and the person doing my nails seemed very incompetent, unable to get them the same length, shape and they just look like I’ve tried to do them myself. I left feeling very disappointed! One of the nails was a lot longer than the others and then it's been taken down so much that there is no extension left. Just a poor job done. £38 for hands and £40 for toes, I expect to leave feeling pampered not like this.

   Have used a few times but no more. Only had these done yesterday for holiday trip today so can't go back in, but chipped already. My last nails chipped off very quickly and so was recommended the builder gel, more expensive and still poor. Very very disappointed. Will not return there now.

   My wife booked a pedicure as a surprise for me. She was advised that the pedicure would be approximately 40min. My pedicure was mediocre at best. Nails clipped, foot scrubbed and some lotion. Done in 20min. Cost was to be £27 (incl. colour) which is simply outrageous for such a short, simple and unremarkable treatment. I did not get the colour and had it reduced to £20 when I expressed my disappointment in the overall treatment. Easily the worst pedicure I have ever had. There are many other pedicure options to explore in Shrewsbury.

   I loved it, I asked for very long acrylics and they were definitely a hard task, I usually do my own nails and I know how difficult it is, and great prices considering how great my nails turned out, exeded my expectations, really lovely and dedicated nail techs, I don't usually review places but this had to be said, will definitely be coming here again

   Have never had a problem here until today! Recommended my friend and booked us an appointment. Showed the lady a picture and asked to see the pink/nudes they had, she ignored me and chose a base colour which looked okay dry, but changed completely when cured. Nails were messy, tips not painted properly and not straight. She was so rough with the nail file that they now feel sore. I then had a pedicure which consisted of scrub and filing off the dead skin, I pulled my foot away as she was rough and cut me. She then used another tool on my feet, painted my toes and that was it. She didn’t shape my toe nails/no massage/no hot towel like usual. As I hated my nails I just wanted to leave so didn’t bring it up, however the bill was £75!! (Paid £70 as a student). I messaged them on Facebook as when I got home I realised she had cut me twice and all of the imperfections on my graduation nails. They accused me of lying and said that they were blisters when you can clearly see they are not. Only willing to give a £10 refund. Absolutely shocking service. We will not be returning again.
