One, if not the best, carvery I've ever had. Loads of choice, the 3 main ones plus a beef casserole, chicken pot and turkey in sweet chilli 8 different vegs and sasauges to help your self to. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was under £16 bargain.

Went in the winter and it is cosy and warm. Food and wine were ok. The room I had was perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay. The building is located on the A11. Cant miss it as it sits on a roundabout just before Attleborough. So quiet for such a location. But I need to tell you about the Power Shower, it gets my award for the best in Europe. Then they have a coffee shop with those horribly beautiful cakes. I have passed this place for so many years and am glad I had a chance to stop. Will do so again.

Booked a table for 6 (4 + 2 children) for lunch. On arrival we were promptly seated and orders taken. Carvery was excellent and there was reduced rate/menu for children. The lead service staff was efficient and friendly as we're rest of the team. Overall cost was good value for money; prompt service, and excellent customer service warranted a good tip !! We will visit again.

We attended the stag for a lunch. They had a great menu and also offered a carvery. (We had the carvery) it was fantastic offering 3 different meats and a large selection of fresh potato dishes and vegetable dishes. Not to mention the Yorkshire puddings. And they let you have seconds of potatoes and vegetables. The service was excellent and it was very good value for money. After dinner we went to the coffee shop part and had a coffee. You could also purchase cakes and bar snacks. There is a hotel part to the facilitie. And plenty of parking.

We had breakfast here and it was lovely! Came out fresh and hot! Eggs and bacon cooked to order, Perfectly! Cannot fault the quick and polite service! Clean and maintaine. Quiet, calm atmosphere. Breakfast is great value for money, includes a glass of apple or orange juice. Highly recommend eating here!

Excellent carvery with good joint of beef cooked just right for me and decent sized slices. Well cooked vegetables, replenished regularly so they didn't dry, or overcooked, as one finds at some other carveries. Definitely worth a visit.

Firstly, the food is good, I had a carvery and this isn't a regular thing for me, but the food was very high quality. I recall the meat across the dishes were very good. The facilities in terms of car parking and restrooms were ample but the Bar and Restaurant (fair enough it was Sunday at midday) were heaving, and uncomfortably so. In fact it was so busy that we were made to wait for a pre-booked table! People were asking constantly to take our friends chair while he was at the bar, because there was no space and not enough provision for the numbers there. A pleasant meal, but I'm certain that there is better elsewhere and that they could do better.

Used to have a very good carvery amongst other options but seems to have gone down hill since having new owners. I would not recommend the carvery - potatoes were very hard and there was a lack of types of veg. I would have liked to see some broccoli or cabbage on offer. The meal was redeemed by dessert which was a delicious apple and blackberry crumble.

Stayed overnight in the accessible room. Nothing to fault. Had carvery for dinner and I must say the food was excellent. The side main dishes were a delicious touch on top of normal carvery meats. The quality and selection showed and very well cooked and tasty. Full English breakfast this morning didn't disappoint either. More quality products served by friendly and cheerful staff. Worth travelling to this place to eat.

Busy restaurant, staff friendly and attentive food came out fast I had butterflied chicken, sweet potato fries and salad. Portion was plentiful but chicken was dry and chips were soggy my starter of prawn curtail was fine. The hotel waa clean my room a little on the snug side but clean and comfortable
