   Me and my girlfriend got our septum’s pierced by Elliot recently and wow he was absolutely amazing! very kind, calm and didn’t rush. Explained everything clearly. He made it such a great experience. Also even the person who we spoke to behind the desk was super lovely and welcoming. Best place in Brighton for piercings.

   I did my first helix piercing the other day here at Punktured and I was very impressed! The staff were extremely friendly, and Elliot, who did my piercing, created such a positive and supportive atmosphere. I was explained all the possible risks, aftercare, and everything I needed to know. The piercing itself was done quickly and almost painlessly (the pain was like 3/10). I’ll definitely be coming back for more services, and I highly recommend this place!

   I got my conch and tragus pierced by Gizma. She was wonderful. Very calming and professional and gave great aftercare advice. Definitely recommend these guys, and the staff who were on the phone and front desk were also really friendly and inviting. Will be coming back again soon for downsize and to book a birthday piercing for myself haha.

   I had my nose pierced here about two weeks ago (one in each nostril). The studio was very clean and the staff at reception were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I told my piercer Abby that I was feeling a little anxious and she was very reassuring and took the time to talk through any questions I had. She also took the time to make sure the placements were exactly right. The actual piercings were quick and made as painless as possible. Overall the team were very knowledgeable, meticulous, and I would highly recommend.

   My partner decided at 18 years old to get his first piercing. Nothing major, just one lobe piercing. The piercing itself went fine and he seemed pretty happy with it. My only problem is that it was his first piercing and I feel like she’s scared him a bit with some of the information she gave him. I personally have had 11 piercings (face and other body piercings) and have gone to 3 separate shops to get them. Saying that, I like to think I know how to and how not to deal with piercings. The piercer told him that covering the piercing with masking tape would “rip it out of your ear” and that he should “be very careful and do not touch it because it will get infected and it will cause a lot of problems”. I understand that touching the piercing with dirty hands is a no no but I feel like she exaggerated the severity of doing so. He is a very anxious little man and since getting the piercing done he has been panicking any time anything goes anywhere near his ear. He was even worrying that showering would get it infected. I get that she had to warn him that things could potentially go wrong but I feel like she could’ve gone about it differently. I’m not posting this to moan, I just think she could’ve informed him better instead of using a scare tactic with an 18 year old, fully grown man.

   My daughter had her ear (cartilage) pierced here. The place is very clean and the service was very friendly and efficient. As for aftercare, only instructions were given, there were not solutions etc to take home..which would have been helpful to start us off with. But overall, very happy with the service.
