“This lady has done both my child's piercing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is super cautious and regularly checks in after while the healing process is taking place. She is very efficient, clean practice and can always check in with her with any questions. Highly recommend! I will also be contacting her again for my child's 3rd piercing (all requested by her) also will also mention my child is autistic and this lady has been great keeping her calm throughout.”

“Richard was the person that did my tattoo. I had a brilliant experience he really helped me. I had an existing tattoo that I wanted adding to enhancing. I would share a picture but at the moment it doesn’t look too great because of healing. I would recommend them as the whole team was really friendly and the building is extremely accessible, which is rare for tattoo parlours unfortunately at the moment they haven’t got a disabled toilet but they have plans to change that in the near future. It was such a lovely welcoming place, I am very pleased to have found them. I will be definitely going back for the touchups of my now five tattoos.”

“I got my second earlobes pierced at Guru today and the staff were so lovely and kind. They made me feel welcome, and went through all the aftercare with me. The jewellery is properly sterilised before the piercing, the studio itself was very clean and sterile and I felt comfortable knowing proper procedure was being carried out. The jewellery is of good quality, and I’m happy to pay abit more for it. Overall it was a lovely experience, and they made it very enjoyable for me. I will be coming back in future for more piercings :-)”

The staff were extremely friendly, and Elliot, who did my piercing, created such a positive and supportive atmosphere. I was explained all the possible risks, aftercare, and everything I needed to know. The piercing itself was done quickly and almost painlessly (the pain was like 3/10). I’ll definitely be coming back for more services, and I highly recommend this place!”

“This was my 1st tattoo and was hunting around for the right studio/artist. I found gilded and their tattoo artist Adam. Once reaching out to him with what I wanted he quickly made a sketch which I immediately fell in love with. The price was very reasonable so agreed a date over email. On the actual day the studio was clean and had a lovely welcoming relaxing environment. Adam was friendly and easy to talk to, explaining the process and aftercare expertly. We chatted for ages while being inked and I am beyond happy with the service and the end result. Will definitely be coming back here for more work in the future!”

“I had a tattoo with jade recently and I couldn’t recommend her more. The studio is lovely and super clean! All artists there are really friendly and welcoming too. After 4 years of no tattoos I’m glad I went to jade who spoke me through everything she was doing and made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning and design, happy to make any adjustments, and checking if I needed breaks throughou etc. She tattooed a stunning butterfly in memory of my baby I lost and it’s just perfect, words can’t describe how special it is to me. “I'm not typically a review-writing person, but this place was honestly so good that I have to. I'm a broke student studying abroad that wanted a helix piercing, so I went on a quest to find a place that had the best price that was also affordable and quick. I was in Brighton for the day, so I just walked in, expecting the price to be exorbitantly high because the place was very nice, very clean, and all the London tattoo parlors charge like 50-60 pounds for one piercing.The lady working here was extremely nice, answered all my questions, and then after hearing the price was 25 pound for my helix piercing (HALF of what my friends paid in London parlors, and they had to pay extra for a jewel whereas here it was a flat price) I was all in. The piercing room was very hygienic, truly like a doctor's office, and she was very careful with making sure everything was sterile. I kept touching my ear without realizing it, and every time she cleaned it again (I felt so bad that I kept accidentally doing it but it really did show how dedicated she was to it being perfectly sterile!). I was little nervous since I only had two piercings on each ear before this and they were both on the lobe, so I knew this was going to hurt more. She was obviously very experienced as it was quick, smooth, easy, and I was done much faster than I had expected, despite the hold ups from my constant ear-touching, haha. The price was good, the place was clean, the piercer was friendly, experienced, and wonderful (Im dying to remember her name!!) and overall I'm just so glad I found this place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Also, there's an adorable fuzzy tarantula in the coffee shop area. I would come say hello!”

“Visited with my friend for galentines welded bracelets. The store is absolutely gorgeous and so is the large selection of jewellery. The staff are all really friendly and approachable. Izzy did our bracelets and she was wonderful. She went through all the possible options and aftercare in detail. Such a lovely person and clearly great at her job - as well as advertising all the products. My friend also had 3 piercings with a wonderful Australian girl who was also fantastic at her job and had such a great calming way about her. Highly recommend experience, such a gorgeous idea to do with friends.”

“By far my favourite tattoo shop. The staff are so lovely and the studio has a great atmosphere. I came for a walk-in and I had a great experience. The staff were so helpful in helping me choose the right fonts and gave me great advice on placements and the longevity and retention of the tattoo in different locations. The studio is very clean and I loved their calming choice of music. My tattoos were excellently done and they were more than happy for me to come in and ask any questions during the healing process if necessary.
