Lovely trip to Astrid & Miyu Brighton today. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Got a conch piercing done by Meg who was amazing, very professional and lovely to chat too. Would definitely recommend if you are considering a piercing. This was my third piecing at A&M this year, I will be back for more.

Visited with my friend for galentines welded bracelets. The store is absolutely gorgeous and so is the large selection of jewellery. The staff are all really friendly and approachable. Izzy did our bracelets and she was wonderful. She went through all the possible options and aftercare in detail. Such a lovely person and clearly great at her job - as well as advertising all the products. My friend also had 3 piercings with a wonderful Australian girl who was also fantastic at her job and had such a great calming way about her. Highly recommend experience, such a gorgeous idea to do with friends.
I’ve been debating getting my 2nd lobes pierced for a while and am SO glad I went to Astrid & Miyu to get them done! The staff are the loveliest people - so friendly and nice to talk to. The jewellery is gorgeous and the store is really beautiful. Such a nice vibe! My piercer, Charles, did such an excellent job! I was super nervous, but he was so kind and reassuring and made me feel much more at ease during my appointment. He was really friendly and also ultra professional, making sure he took his time to get the placement just right and explain the process to me. I’m so happy with my piercings! Really pleased with the whole experience! Would 100% recommend Astrid & Miyu (and in particular Charles) to anyone thinking about getting a piercing!
I went into this store last week with my son and we were both greeted by the friendly staff and a beautifully laid out shop. I was after a pair of earrings for my wedding and ended up finding the perfect pair after the help of one of the staff members Lesley - she was so helpful and kind! The quality and design of the jewellery is simply superb. I will definitely be back for more! X
I was in the store today and instantly felt welcome by the staff. They are really enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Laura who is so bubbly and fun. I asked her a few questions about my plans for the piercings I’d like and she couldn’t have been more helpful with her advice. This made me feel really confident and comfortable . Other places could learn a lot from this experience but it dosnt matter to me as I will only be coming here from now on and will definitely be recommending Laura and this store to all my friends!!!
I visited the Astrid & Miyu store in Brighton and I was absolutely thrilled! I originally wanted to choose a piece of jewellery to remember my trip - I was in UK for a research fellowship - and I took a helix and an absolutely amazing gold diamond earring! My piercing was made by @piercedbytylerjames. I can't think of a better team and service, I'm perfectly happy, my ear is healing well and I'm sure I'll go to the store again.
