   Since moving to Brighton, I’d always dreamed of having an excuse to visit this beautiful shop. When my partner proposed, he gave me the gift of designing my own engagement ring — and I knew exactly where to go. The whole experience at Baroque was a dream. The team were so welcoming and became such a meaningful part of our journey. They designed and created the most beautiful engagement ring, carefully selecting unusual, beautifully shaped stones and perfectly placing them together. I then realised I couldn’t stop there, so they went on to make custom wedding bands for both of us. As a gift for my James Bond–loving husband-to-be, Aaron intricately designed the most incredible golden gun pendant, which went down very well! I can’t wait for the next excuse to come back!

   We first went to enquire about the bespoke process over a year ago and got such a great overview from Abi, who was so engaging and made us sure we'd be coming back, even though we now live far from Brighton. We commissioned two solitaire lab diamond engagement rings. They were not particularly intricate designs, but we are quite picky, so wanted to be involved in designing them. We started the process properly this spring with Yazmin. She was very informative and helpfully transparent in our first consultation about how our budget could be best used to get exactly what we were after, which was something we hadn't necessarily had from other jewellers! We took a trip down to see the stones they had sourced a couple of months later, which were perfect, and confirmed a few more design choices. It was a lovely session and made us very excited to see them come to life. Around 2 months later they were posted to us securely. And now that we have the rings, they are everything we could have wished for. Yazmin is a ray of sunshine, so enthusiastic, helpful and communicative throughout the whole process.  And the whole business is incredibly friendly, inclusive and really just a wonderful haven of creativity. Not only are they great at what they do, they're lovely people!

   My fiancée and I had the absolute pleasure of designing a bespoke engagement ring together with baroque. It was such a great experience, we met a couple of different members of the team who were all professional, kind and passionate. We spoke mostly with Ella who put us at ease and explained all of the different stone shapes, sizes etc, even ordering a whole new set of stones when I didn't find the right one in the first selection she showed us. I really appreciated her care and expertise. The result is a one of a kind engagement ring that we are over the moon with!    I commissioned Baroque to make a truly bespoke engagement ring, with very exacting requirements for the piece. From the initial interaction, right through to the point of collection, the service was nothing short of impeccable. The entire team made the whole process, from ring design and stone selection, through to sign-off, thoroughly pleasurable. And throughout, everyone was incredibly responsive and informative. Baroque went above and beyond to meet my ambitious design details and strict deadline for the proposal. And the end result far exceeded my high expectations and took my fiancée’s breath away. A special mention to Emma, who we met initially in the shop and who gave me the confidence to work with the team. And following that, Abi and Jon who were incredibly supportive and attentive to my very specific needs. I couldn’t be more grateful, or recommend them highly enough. If you are considering this jeweller, know you are in very safe hands!

   Weather this afternoon (Sunday 11th) turned snowy and awful. In Brighton with my daughter and dog looking to get her necklace (formerly nanny’s, now gifted by grandad to daughter) repaired. Lady working here was lovely. Untangled the necklace and apologised profusely that the store policy was such that they didn’t repair third party jewellery. Nonetheless, she directed us to a nearby business who could help, and put the necklace into a box. Very kind and very engaged. I’d use this business in future- deal with confidence here!!

   The team at Baroque were fantastic throughout the whole process of helping me find the perfect engagement ring. They are very patient and helpful with the selection process, made me feel like I had all the time I wanted. The rings at Baroque are truelly unique and that is why I chose them as my partner and I love things a bit more unusual. I am so pleased with the ring as is my now fiancé. We will be heading back here for more jewellery in future for sure, especially now as they have more room for more jewellery with the expansion! Thank you Baroque

   I purchased an engagement ring from Baroque and cannot recommend them highly enough. I live up north so haven't had the pleasure of visiting the store in person but purchased online with incredible service. Free resizing and very fast delivery. Everyone that I interacted with (including when sending back for another resizing) was very caring and helpful. Their jewellery caters for anyone that isn't into run of the mill "same old' jewellery. Great value and fantastic service. Thank you!

   This review is way overdue and I can only apologise to the wonderful staff and potential customers out there! We stumbled across some gorgeous pieces on a engagement blog and what I loved about the rings was the range of stones in lots of unique colours and the ability to create bespoke designs. We decided to book an appointment at the Brighton store and we are so glad we did! The staff are so lovely, the relaxed environment they create made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door (even though we were late!) Emma was so patient with us, allowed me to try on a number of pieces and explained exactly what the stone was/where from/how the shop sourced etc etc. I loved her passion and her little stories she had about each and every piece, really showing her expertise. Emma couldn’t have done more to help us find the perfect ring and even went to the trouble of sourcing in some extra stones in different shades of green so we had quite a variety to choose from! We really liked the fact that the focus was helping us find the ring that felt special to us rather than pushing for a sale or upselling anything. Emma and all the staff really made the whole process one that we will never forget :) The ring itself didn’t take long to make and the staff kept us updated with its journey/process along the way. We had a brilliant time in the Brighton store and to top it off, they are dog friendly so our pooch was very welcome and felt really settled. Thank you to Emma and the whole team xxx
