   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the absolute best experience here. My fiancé and I were walking through Brighton Lanes, popping into a few different jewellery shops when we came across Carter & Follows. We were welcomed in so warmly, which immediately set them apart. We were able to design my engagement ring together, which made the whole process incredibly special. The team were so helpful and really helped us see the vision by letting us try different shaped diamonds with different ring settings — it was so fun and exciting. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely listened to everything we wanted. They were never snobby or pushy, just supportive and knowledgeable. I am completely in love with my engagement ring and forever grateful to them for helping us design my dream ring. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a personalised and memorable experience.

   We couldn’t speak more highly of Carter and Follows. Penny and Tom helped us create the perfect engagement ring, which we couldn’t be happier with. We have also got our wedding bands made by them. They are so thorough, thoughtful and helpful. They helped guide us through different prices that works for us too. The customer service is outstanding, Penny and Tom are so kind and really made us feel welcome and special everytime we came in to see them/ ask questions.    My husband and I were having a few days away in our favourite place, Brighton, and thought we would look for some ring ideas for our upcoming ten year wedding anniversary (we had decided on a ring upgrade) when we stumbled across Carter & Follows. In the window was the most incredible looking emerald cut halo diamond ring, and I said to my husband Jamie- “that’s the one” Tom welcomed us into what I can only describe as a treasure trove of the most beautiful jewellery! We discussed our ideas and came up with my rose gold diamond ring to match my wedding ring. My husband was really impressed with the quality and amazing value for money. When I received my ring on our anniversary I gasped- it’s absolutely stunning! I am totally blown away by how beautiful this ring is and we also noticed that it had 16 small diamonds on the shoulders-we have been together for 16 years! I don’t know if this was intentional- but either way I cried happy tears when I realised! Such a great place to buy your special pieces of jewellery and we would highly recommend them to everyone we know. 10/10 will definitely visit again for any other occasions. Thank-you to Tom for helping us create the most perfect piece for our anniversary!

   If you're looking for an engagement/wedding rings, I highly recommend Carter and Follows. Tom and Penny were recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad they were. I was buying an engagement ring and frankly, had no idea what I was looking for. Tom & Penny walked me through every step and created a custom ring for me, that my fiancee loves. Great to support a family owned business and wonderful people.

   Penny and Tom were so lovely and knowledgeable in working out what wedding rings worked best for me and my (now) husband. They made the experience fun while sharing their expertise so the we ended up with the perfect wedding rings for us. They were even kind enough to have my engagement ring (which I’d not purchased there) polished a few days before the ceremony so it sparkled in the pictures, and on top of that, Penny helped me work out a last minute seating plan issue! I thoroughly recommend Penny and Tom.

   I had been looking for a vintage ring in Brighton but my friend suggested we go in here. He could not have been more right! Penny and Tom were so welcoming and came up with the perfect wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring and still look amazing alone as well. Penny's communication throughout the entire process was flawless, especially throughout the pandemic when I had to move out of the area and the ring was posted back and forth as we adjusted it to make it perfect! I absolutely love it and get so many compliments. Cannot recommend Penny and Tom enough. Thank you both.
