   Thank you to you both for making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Time was taken to make me feel special. Nothing was too much trouble and very thorough about the procedure and the after-care. Treatment room and the shop is of a high standard for cleanliness. Jewellery is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Jewellery is sterilised while you’re there. Gurus maybe more expensive ( you’re paying for the jewellery ) but you won’t find anywhere else like this place and it’s worth it.

   I saw Guru Piercing recommended by multiple people on Reddit and I can understand why they were given such a standing ovation on the thread. I cannot fault Gem & Franki. Their customer service is second to none. If you have been looking at getting a piercing in Brighton, then look no further.

   I cannot recommend this place enough!! I originally went in to “re-pierce” an old piercing, which didn’t need to be done and they very kindly found me jewellery to put into the old hole. After this visit I revisited to have a piercing, it had been 16 years since my last piercing and the guys at the shop are great. Really patient, friendly, explained everything thoroughly and make you feel welcome. All the nerves I had were quickly forgotten after a chat and a good laugh. If you are thinking of a piercing studio in Brighton then this is the one. Clean, friendly and worth every penny!! Thank you!

   I got my second earlobes pierced at Guru today and the staff were so lovely and kind. They made me feel welcome, and went through all the aftercare with me. The jewellery is properly sterilised before the piercing, the studio itself was very clean and sterile and I felt comfortable knowing proper procedure was being carried out. The jewellery is of good quality, and I’m happy to pay abit more for it. Overall it was a lovely experience, and they made it very enjoyable for me. I will be coming back in future for more piercings :-)

   I got my tragus pierced at Guru about a month and a half ago and it was truly the absolute best piercing experience I’ve had. I didn’t have an appointment as I was on a weekend trip for my birthday and popped in on a Saturday to get some info. The staff were so nice, didn’t pressure me at all to get it done that same day, but to come back the next day if I was really sure. I had an idea of what to get but wasn’t sure what would compliment my existing piercings and they were so kind, professional, chatty and made me feel so safe! I got pierced by Lara who was so wonderful. We had such a great laugh & conversation, and the piercing itself was so quick and painless I was actually in shock. Definitely come here!!!!!

   Had the most brilliant experience with Guru recently. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional and made me feel comfortable immediately. Lara did a fantastic job stretching my old 1980s gun lobe piercings I'd always had trouble with and fitting labrets so I could wear regular earrings comfortably again. I'm so happy with the outcome. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and am looking for any excuse to visit them again!

   I went into Guru to get my current piercings styled and I received the best service I've ever had from a piercing studio. I've been twice in the last 6 months to get both ears styled and they're so welcoming. I was really excited to get my ear piercings styled and they had the same amount of excitement as I did! Now I've been to Guru I won't go anywhere else for my piercings. This is definitely the place to go and I'll definitely be back!

   I had a helix piercing last week. Walked in, got pierced. Obviously there was some paperwork, but you get the idea. Everything was fantastic. The staff: friendly, kind, relaxing, chatty (but in a good way) and happy to answer questions. Asked if a piercing in another location would look/sit right, she gave me an honest answer, not a "make money" answer. Not really sure how they have availability, as they are fantastic! But I hope, being selfish, that they don't get more bookings. But being as amazing as they were, I wish everyone to book piercings, to have the experience! I'll be back for jewelry and piercings after I figure what needs to be pierced next! Thank you team!

   I had my nose pierced today with Gems and it was a FLAWLESS experience! I hadn't had a piercing in over 20 years, so I was quite nervous, but Orla on the front desk and Gems were absolutely amazing. I was genuinely shocked by how quick and painless the procedure was, and the team couldn't have been lovelier, from helping me find the right jewellery to answering all my silly questions. I came away already thinking about what I wanted to have done next! I highly, highly recommend Gems and Guru!
