Stayed just for one night decent size rooms tho a little dated. The breakfast was great with a good selection and the staff were helpful, just remember to register your car for the parking.

Have stayed at worse hotels. On arrival lack of signage eg, disability parking, lighting for walking areas and uneven paving, making wheelchair usage difficult. Highlighted to staff, interesting to see if steps have been taken to rectify these issues at a later date!!

We had three issues with this place. 1. I booked a standard twin room. The room was very small. There was one bed & one pull out sofa bed. You expect a bed in a hotel not a rather thin sofa bed, with no bedside table or bedside light. 2. They had run out of a large part of their advertised menu so the choice was very limited. 3. On arrival the receptionist took a pre-payment of £200. We didn't charge any extra expenses, so I expected to be charged £117.90 (for the basic room, no breakfast) & receive the refund. Nothing was said about any possible delay on he refund when we checked out. I called the next day & asked why I had not received the refund & was told it could take ten working days but generally it was refunded within three or four days. I called again after a week to be told I have no choice but to wait for the full fortnight. I was pretty irritated by now & was not made less so by the person who spoke to me who kept telling me that a) I'd have to wait a further week & b) to calm down. I was calm - but I was irritated. I'm not good at suffering fools gladly. When I said I would reflect this in a review & make a formal complaint she twigged she needed to do something so said she would investigate, She took my name & the date of the stay, established how much I am owed ...... & then said the refund would be made after the ten days. On what planet is that an investigation? Terrible communication & customer service. Waste of time & very unsatisfactory. Two weeks on I am still waiting for the repayment & would not recommend this place.

Fairly standard holiday inn hotel. Rooms are fine, bathrooms modern and had no cleanliness issues on various stays. Breakfast is fairly good although quality of some items could be improved. Staff in general friendly.

Horrible. I will never stay at a holiday inn again or recommend friends of friends. They canceled our reservation because we didn’t check in “on time” whatever that means? We showed up around 11:30pm. I don’t understand why a hotel will do this? And give our room to someone else. They did not even try to accommodate us they just said yeah we are booked so unprofessional. To make matters worse we stayed in the parking lot for about 20 min calling different hotels trying to find another hotel to stay at and they charged us a violation parking fee for €100 which we didn’t see till days later. Shame on you guys!!!

The room was clean and nice. The staff nice. Only stayed 1 night for business and it was ideal for that. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately the Hunters Chicken that I ordered from the restaurant was so tough that a had to eat everything around it before I chiseled into it to avoid sending everything flying. Apart from that it was good. March 2023 update: I stayed for two nights this time on the 13/14, again for business. This time I made use of the swimming pool and the fitness suite on site. I also managed to try the sauna, the first time ever! I managed the whole 15 min on the timer. The food this time was really nice. I had a burger and steak (separate eve's). The team was very friendly and nice and the breakfast was excellent. I have notched up to 5 stars for this recent visit.

Was regular here for company meetings and personal stays. Last weekend was first stay since pandemic. On plus side, standard of rooms, cleanliness and really friendly, helpful staff - especially in bar and housekeeping - made it an enjoyable stay. Good value for money too. Booking was in order, but we booked a deluxe double and got a standard twin, with no warning, explanation or apology at check in. There was also a kids football event on and the hotel - and corridors - were full of noisy kids most of the time. Would have been better to have all independent adult guests in a different and quieter floor or wing of the building. We avoided the family crush at breakfast and had room service, really massive portions, extensive choice and served Hot and right on time. We will be back, but better communication and quiet rooms would be appreciated.

Had two rooms booked at the property to be phoned/told 8pm of the night of stay that one of the rooms had to be cancelled due to maintenance, no alternative or compensation was offered at short notice on a busy Saturday night but told instead “don’t worry you’re be refunded for the cancelled room..” Once I had found a alternative Hotel room for the cancelled room. The room I was left with was very run down, no door handle in bathroom door covered by a old piece of wood. No TV signal and lack of service at reception with no one returning my call about my experience. I stay at hotels numerous times a week with work and I expect a lot better service and facilities for £130 a night!

Nice clean modern hotel with gym and swimming pool on site. Bar and Starbuck's coffee on site too. Offers a very good breakfast with cold and cooked options. Good quality ingredients used. Room was small but clean and with all equipment and facilities you'd expect. Staff friendly and helpful. In the bar you can order from the wireless ordering system, but this isn't instant so don't use if you're in a rush. Noise from the road can be heard, and soundproofing into the corridors isn't great so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We stayed here for a night to break our journey up down south, the hotel was immaculately clean, friendly staff, rooms a great size and our bed was really comfy! I had to knock a star off as the sofa bed the kids slept in wasn't great the mattress has definitely seen better days, but for 1 night it did the job! It was a great price and the breakfast was amazing really tasty, not greasy at all and loads of choice everything from hot food, huge fruit choice and pastries to cereals was great something for everyone!
